Owned an Atto 3 for just over a year now here in Australia. Absolutely love it! Travelled from Melbourne to Sydney a few times now. On one occasion we ran out 5km from our next charger due to rain wind and cold and at night. This makes a huge difference. Dont underestimate this like we did. Stay away from 10 % battery in these conditions as it drops off a cliff.
Hi Benny! Thank You very much once again! Excellent film. And not a word of BS! I swear to it, as I did test ATTO 3 for a year. And 40K kilometres. In not-so-hot South Australia. York Peninsula area. Regular weekly trips, 250 kilometres one way, 250 km. back. 100 km. at 100 km./per hour,--- another 100 km. at 110 km./per hour, plus 50 km. city traffic at 50 km. per hour. My score? - anybody may ask? The average is 300 kilometres of range. As honest and factual as it can be! And I was happy with my score! Still love ATTO 3 to bits! I've been driving BYD Seal Premium for the last month, and my score on the same weekly trip --- is 400 km. On a bigger, 82 kWh battery. Makes a diff! Great video, do you think these results are directly applicable to ice car range? (excluding the drop off at the low state of charge), or is there something fundamentally different between the impact on ev power train efficiency than ice efficiency? Cheers
Our Citroën E-C4 is meant to be 220 miles and we have definitely got close to that on a warm day at 90km/hr... Which we agree, is totally respectable for such a cheap model. However, as mentioned here, the Tesla Model 3 is always the most efficient car even at higher speeds.
we are new owners of the ATTO three and our experience is essentially the same peps a little more range at 90 km/h one question however for you or perhaps one of your readers/viewers has anyone found a way of turning off headlights or daytime lights when trying to sleep in the car with and without AC and with all without being plugged in? We've set our ATTO three up as a sleeper which is okay but the lights are a problem

We recently had a software update which now gives the option to turn off daytime lights. (Australia)
The speed and efficiency applies to ICE cars to , 90ks is known to be the speed of maximum fuel efficiency FYI.
Ok, but for me it makes no sense to compare an aerodynamic sedan like the Tesla model 3 and an aerodynamically penalized SUV like the BYD Atto 3. I'm currently driving an Audi Q4 eTron 45 and I find that it has terrible efficiency, as well as disproportionate weight and old-fashioned batteries.
