Colleen making a second lighter costume is total mum goals. Made me think back when my daughter and her friends needed vampire costumes and I sewed and made from scratch 6 red and black capes with the standy up big collars.
Only had a couple of days to make them and like you stayed up all night and powered thru.
But at the end I was so proud and they actually turned out so awesome.
The funny thing is we don’t celebrate Halloween in Australia but the kids were so determined to get candy. Ah the memories. So proud of you Colleen love leisa Western Australia xx

Tortilla Talk: seeing Flynn’s obsession with Gabby’s dollhouse is so cute and reminds me of when I was young and watched Bear and the Big Blue House (which is now on Disney+)-have you ever thought about showing Flynn shows from your/Erik’s childhood and seeing if he likes it?

Man it's so cute to see Maisy and Wesley babble and baby talk. My daughter didn't really do that very much (she's ok, no medical or mental things going on; just a quiet, observant girl) and I was sad to miss out, so I'm LOVING the baby babbles 🥰💕

Hi Colleen, you probably won’t see this but re: making Flynn’s costume work, would it be possible to attach it at the waist instead of having the weight rest on his shoulders? The hips can hold and maintain a lot more weight than shoulders can! 💕💕
Was also thinking a sort of harness like when you go rock climbing around your hips or like the baby jumpers would work 👍

Yes, I've been so curious about the changing thumbnails on Netflix. It stood out to me that after I watched Greenleaf, and maybe some other show with strong black leads, all of a sudden they put POC on the cover of all the other shows... that's why I started wondering how that worked because it was so obvious that it had changed 😄. Btw Greenleaf is an amazing show, the acting is out of this world.

We live in Orange County and mosquitos are an issue. We pay extra to the exterminator to put mosquito buckets and they are gone for like 3 months

as a ftm (first time mom) i think it’s amazing how much colleen does! all the videos,live shows/tour,taking care of the kids,maintaining relationships and everything else that we don’t see. such a strong role model! even though i know there’s a lot bts we don’t see if her having hard/bad days she still manages to do a great job 🤍

if you can find a way to put the weight on his hips instead of shoulders it would feel a lot lighter. That’s how backpackers carry so much weight. Maybe you could attach it to a backpack that has the hip belt.

As far as the “mosquito magnet” thing, I can tell you it’s more than just blood type. I have identical twin nieces, and one is a mosquito magnet, one isn’t. Seriously, if they go outside to play, one will end up with 15 bites and the other might have one or two. It’s always seemed so weird to us- they’re GENETICALLY IDENTICAL!

From an environmentally friendliness POV it just makes me wonder the impact with how many things you’d prefer ordered. I LOVE the hauls but just curious!
Are the twins Frog and Toad from the children's book? lol.
