I made a homebrew that uses him in a deck with the Pixie Mobius package. Low cost cards like Kitty, Hood, Rocket, and Wasp, higher cost cards in the form of White Tiger and Iron Man, Bast to clean things up if you don't have Agent, with Mysterio and Hit-Monkey to top it off. Did I cook guys?
You did in fact cook, but how's the taste chef? I find Pixie Mobius to be too contrived, it's a 2 card combo that's only guaranteed to be beneficial with both cards down, and pixie RNG on her own always fucks me. I'm building a Hit Monkey Deck focusing on Mysterio, but I think it's still copium until Hit Monkey is rightfully returned to 2 cost. He's too cumbersome as a 3 cost

Juggernaut is a pretty key card, but you could try Cosmo! Make sure you play him on turn 6 though, otherwise he can nullify your own on-reveal effects on a lane! You also need to play FOR priority for him to be useful!
Grandmaster with brood after forge etc. Wayyy better than what I've seen these content creators doing. Run it with patriot + Mystique and surfer for extra madness

For a game that prizes itself to be able to get cards easily, i find it very hard to get the card i want to start having fun ngl.
