[Pokémon Masters EX] Arc Lance rushes through Noland's Ultimate Battle

Lance's custom lucky skill is mandatory! (it prevents the initial Fissure)
You need a MPR from Chase to sync rush before Noland gets to sync. Don't use Lance's TM early on, as it takes long enough for the enemy's MGA to wear off, canceling your quad queue later on.
