me and my friends preformed a cult ritual (candles, silly string, and everything) I got Tsum Vil on Malleus banner from the free 10 pull Dorm Lilia (for the fourth time on a Malleus banner) and Tsum Malleus all within 60 pulls
Will any of the heart and Cobra candies be locked behind the second tasks with the additional requirement for completing or can we just run through the story and get them all by the time we complete it?
You just play the event and you'll earn heart gems at certain points. You can't make him permanent until the way end of the event, though. Unfortunately with tsum events you can't really get ahead of the curve like you can with other events.

You get the banner SSR guaranteed at 200, unfortunately u_u You get an SSR at 100 but it's 50/50 whether it's the banner SSR or a standard one.

No, thankfully they're all on the first one. Just completing the story will net you all the gems
