Thanks a lot Job! You made very salient points about cattle farming and pretty much covered everything. You also made a great point on not depending on one source of income, this is what our youth need to hear. It will be very beneficial for viewers if you can take each of the main points and make a dedicated video on them with a little more details for each. Cattle farming is an expensive endeavor and we need more of your kind sharing their knowledge for some of us would-be cattle farmers. Until your video, I’ve not heard any one mention the different types of cows, thanks again for that
@@jobboahen1978 You are adding encouragement in the videos that’ll be very helpful to some young people somewhere. The government can’t employ all the youth, no government has been able to do that, and therefore we need people, like you, who are in some fields to encourage some young people to try. If you’ve hired 4 or 6 people, that’s 4 or 6 people that won’t be waiting for employment. We can all play a part I am trying to go into farming and since I am not in Ghana to go visit farms, TH-cam University, Ghana farmers campus, lol, is my school to learn from. Thanks again bro
@@jobboahen1978 You are doing a great job and need to be recommended. You’re also showcasing a lot of farmers who do not get the spotlight on them but seriously need it. Everything doesn’t need to come from South Africa, we have farmers with larger than average animals in Ghana for sale but we can’t patronize something you do not know exist
Thanks for the education, and may I know where you are located Do you have some good breeds you sell to us farmers How did you construct your cattle pen
It will depend on the method of feeding. For instance, if you will be using a portion of the land for gracing then it will require only few cattle to occupy there. However, if they will graze outside your land it can take many. Assuming every ranch takes 100 cattle, you can have about four ranches giving at least 400 hundred cattle on your land.
Thank you boss
You are welcome
