    Quality caravan vlogging Graham. You have a great approach to vlogs, light hearted and sometimes funny! 🤣 Like the camels feet, the steel pin is far better than the plastic ones we have. The steady locks look fiddly. cheers, Martin

    Hi Graham I have similar locks on my rear steadies. I have an old Autoglym bag the polish and cleaners came in. Cut out the mesh pockets and I keep locking wheel nut adaptor, and similar bits in it. So unlike me to be tidy and organised 😂😂 the bag goes straight in the van when removing locks for hitching up so can’t forget it. Van looks nice 👍

      Thanks for watching. I had them on the Bailey as well, so used them for 3 years. They seem to do the job. It doesn't stop ALL black streaks. Someone pointed out in the comments about using it the whole length to keep spiders etc out. That would mean buying 2 and with the tow cover you'd have to take both send off each time you attached it. I'll stick with my way.

    When you were fittingthe new feet onto the caravan legs and it states ‘Point in direction of travel). I think you’ll find it’s referring to the direction of travel of the caravan legs; therefore, the arrow needs to point outwards the same way as you fitted them. 🤭
    It is ambiguous as the legs move onwards slightly when being put down and outwards when moved upwards.
    In these cases I’ve always found it best to ask the wife as she’s never wrong!

    • @CaravanVlogger
      @CaravanVlogger  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, you can’t refill gaslight you take the empty and get a new one. I think 10kg is and £50 if you take an empty. Safefill bottles you can refill. They are expensive to buy but cheaper to refill. Graham

    Graham nice Caravan, can’t wait pick my 650 up. Great you could pick yours up so soon.
    Received a call the other day from Glossop Caravans saying my one is in just arrived, but can only pick up May 1st.
    We have to wait for the first batch to be released. Do you no when you’re built was be worth checking the electrical final insulation sigh off in your pack ?
    This should tell you the final date. Be interested to see what date it is.
    The gas bottles you fitted can you fill them if you go to France or Spain or is it only the safe fill.
    Nice one Graham enjoy your caravan soon be able to get out 👍

      @@CaravanVlogger that great Graham, last year I ordered 650 elegance said it was 2nd batch cos that what we asked for.
      Came in just on lockdown then we had to wait couple of months before we could pick it up June had it a week found rear ended damaged tempted repair scratches on windows front deep scratches
      Rear corner steady had a screw and small bolts into the floor evident damaged. Also chassis alko was started oxidising so it must have been old swift stock.
      Sigh off was 2019 electrical 2020 caravan?
      Lucky enough I received full refund got stitched up from the dealership.
      Dealership said they would sell it on brand new to someone else cos it wasn’t registered with swift even though I had it a week.
      Just hoping this one okay Graham made up your one fine. I recently contacted Criss registration to make sure the new owner was aware of the caravan history and gave them vin number and said I had supported photos evidence, but they didn’t what to pass on information/ I wonder why ??

    Excellent video again Graham 😆ordered my gas connector last night for the bp gas I’m now going on eBay to get corner steady feet , is your step the freebie that came with the caravan and if so are you going to keep it 🤔ours comes with one similar don’t know if you get rid of them or upgrade 🤔 did you pop down to Aldi’s today 🤣👍

    • @CaravanVlogger
      @CaravanVlogger  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching. Not didn't get to Aldi. The step is the one that comes with the caravan but we actually use a Milenco Giant step, it's plastic and wider that normal steps, feels a bit safer getting in and out of the caravan.

    Great video, but don’t use washing up liquid to test for gas leaks, it contains a chemical that is very corrosive to brass fittings, if you need to test for gas leaks you can buy leak detection fluid in a spray can from your local plumbers merchant, bubbles up just the same if there is a leak but without the corrosive ingredient.
