Had something like this happen to me recently. I sensed my girl was pulling back so I re-examined my own behavior, saw where I'd lost some of my focus and worked to get it back. I didn't initiate contact with her but set my sights on my own mission and purpose. When she noticed my absence I knew one of two things would happen: she'd start pursuing me again or she'd walk away and I was okay with either outcome. Same thing happened to me. Hadn't heard of seen her in 5 months. Got back into photojournalism and took an assignment in Mindanao Southern Philippines. She found out through a mutual friend and reached out to me. Since then we've spent a month in the bedroom. Good times no matter what happens in the end.

Dcd 180 dude I understand I used to be the same. Confidence is a lot more attractive than looks. You need to view yourself as a catch, if you don’t, how are other people supposed to perceive you as a catch? If you walk around with your shoulders slumped, looking down at the floor and looking away whenever a lady looks at you, you just come across as a guy who has no confidence what so ever and unfulfilled in his own life. Learn the body language and confidence building exercises coach teaches and apply them, you can read the book a million times and be able to recite it off the top of your head but until you start to apply it you can only get so far. Just go for it man, perceive yourself as a confident good looking guy and understand that women would be lucky to date you, assume all women want you and act accordingly. It is a stronger mindset to have rather than “nobody would ever want me I’m ugly” or whatever your insecurity it.

Sadly, this has happened to me several times. You’re right, Corey, when a woman likes you she tries to help you by telling you what to do/not do. I ask for space and what I want clearly. Not all women play mind games and make you guess. I hope men take your advice to heart.

Long story short, going threw a divorce. It wasn’t until a couple months ago that I came across you. Yesterday I had a conversation in person and pick her brain. Erick Morales absolutely, when she tells you it’s over, you don’t chase her or plead or try and work things out. You simply brush it off and refocus on your goals. This works for yourself to help you get your mind off it and it also makes your ex rethink her decision, when they see you unfazed and they realise you won’t beg them to be with you, they perceive you as more of a catch.

With his ex he should be direct and tell her what he wants and make it clear he will walk away unless she is willing to cooperate. If he goes along with it being her friend and trying to go that route he is displaying pleaser behaviour and will only end up getting led on and hurt more and more. Tell her what you want, you won’t settle for anything else and do not text her until she is messaging you obvious signs, not when she likes a picture or sends a random wishy washy text, when she makes it clear she misses you, wait a day or so and then you can either message her and try to set a date to meet up for drinks or wait for her to initiate it.

You've been considering your options, needs, and goals. That it was actually helpful in a way her askin for some space. It gave you time to readjust a few things that you had let slide. She'll ask particulars and it will make her go nuts over the mystery of it all. Just tell her it's not a good time for you to go into detail right now, "Maybe we can set a little time aside in a few days or so.." This just happened to me this week with a lady I'm attracted to...but she's dealing with getting out of a toxic relationship. I needed to step back and realize WTF I was doing. Sometimes i believe that the principles that coach corey teach are great, but idk if they go always well along a long term relationship.. I mean, i feel like they are a little to extreme and kinda robotic, like 'dont talk to her more times than she do' or 'dont invest more than she do' i believe they are true but keeping always in balance. They are great for a new relationship in terms of keeping the atraction and making the girl wanna be with you.. I think Corey has a lot of sound advice but I think him and women mistake the guy showing vulnerability as weakness. We all have weaknesses, insecurities, issues. I don't think it's good to let them overcome us but I think it's healthy to share and talk about them with the women we love and vise versa. Being able to admit your faults let's her know you're comfortable with her and then she opens up herself to share her problems, then she knows you love her despite her flaws and that you won't drop her the moment she reacts on her issues. I don't think we should consider them as weaknesses and shove them deep inside of us and never talk about it cuz it might intimidate her or make us not seem confident or masculine or whatever. We certainly can't overcome them all and THEN have the confidence to go be with women, that would take a whole lifetime. Confidence in yourself is nice but what I think makes a relationship flourish is that you can admit some shit about yourself, she doesnt get scared away and instead picks you back up and you do the same for her whenever she admits something. The relationship lasts because you're both committed to strengthening each other but that won't be possible if no one admits their flaws because we're scared it might scare the other person off. I'm not saying you both need each other to stay alive like some middle school dramatic relationship but you both have to call out each other for their issues and then work on them together instead of just leaving when it goes bad.

I’m only halfway through this but dude this is like how my situation is going.. being too much looking to make her happy all the time and wanting to talk more and feeling like I needed to do better or more when she started showing signs of pulling away and telling me she to chill.. I think I knew all this and was afraid to mess up and in turn I ended up getting anxiety over that shit and I messed it up.. she gave me another chance after I dropped the ball the first time we hung out and then I started to feel the pull and then I did all the trying harder the next two weeks and then she was like we’re done.. having a few days go by. Sitting here thinking about it almost all day everyday, I def realized I wasn’t being myself and I was just in my head the whole time and I feel so bad because she hasn’t seen the real me recently and I know that if I had another shot I wouldn’t mess it up and I’d just be relaxed and be myself and not worry about this and that. Just living in the moment. But idk if she’s even going to want to try again. I broke her trust by messing up after she gave me a chance after being off when we went on our date. She saw a completely different person than what I am and it makes me sad that I let myself do that and may not have the chance to show her the real me, the person she first fell for so fast.
I just went through this exact situation with my ex for months, just 3 days ago we talked because I reached out after NC for 4 weeks (figured I had nothing to lose because I already felt so detached from her) she never definitely said it’s over but she said I’m confused and I wanna be alone right now . Told her how I felt , what I wanted and that I respect the way she feels and the door is open if you change your mind. She instantly went back into her feminine and I have no reason to contact her anymore , if she comes back, that’s on her. So essentially this same thing happened to me. We (she) broke up (w/me) and I walked away. I spoke with her one week later in person. A month after that gave her my set of the keys to our apartment, and I had to message her last Friday asking if she was packed up and moved out of our apartment so I could sign the end of lease. Other than those 3 occurrences I haven’t spoke with her in a 2 month timeframe (day we broke up), I’ve been working on myself, almost down 20 lbs, working on summer classes in college. Trying to find answers within myself, finding my center. I will admit though, even though I’m feeling so much better than the initial break up, I still have lingering thoughts wondering if she’ll ever reach out.

Just got out of a long relationship now dating, find this one chick everything was going right for 3 weeks went on one date then went to her place for Valentine's dinner few days later she told me she falling back from me. Fuck it all makes sense now. Literally same shit just happened to me and I finally realized the days I'd back off completely shed be so physical and all over me. I didnt even see it at the time. She reassured me that she wants to keep talking every day cause shes still interested but her ex continued pushing which made her dip out. I told her if she wants to see me to just let me know, otherwise I'm backing off. Keeping snaps textless and only talking when she does. Let's see what happens
I am in a similar situation with my "girl". I did everything text book wrong. Chasing her being needy as fuck. By "coincidence" I stumbled up on Corey's content and my eyes where opened. I stopped all the persuading and focused on being happy with my life. After three weeks she texted me saying I could call her now, I said no you call me. We talked on the phone, I was so fucking nervous my voice trembled of the emotions. I know this was sounding week but I kept the conversation light hearted and made a date for a video call the next day (we are at a long distance). The next day nothing happened and now more then three weeks later I shoot her an email saying let's talk and come to a conclusion. I know this is probably wrong but by now I am giving up on her and just want to thank her for the good things she brought in my life. I believe she is still Loving me and something is cooking but the baking process is way too slow although some part in me is still in love with her. I just have enough of this.

She will always be the person that changed me, also I found Corey's work indirect because of her. At the end she almost killed me indirectly but I owe her a lot. If a woman isn’t too attracted to you, say she perceives you a 5/10, it will be harder to secure dates, you have less leeway, one mistake could potentially lead her to blow you off. There are a few subtle ways to instantly judge her attraction, look up Coach’s video on it :)

Since A lot of men often don’t approach attractive women, though, how would you men feel if a woman struck up a conversation with you instead? It takes a lot of courage and guts to do this and you’re already setting yourself apart from most women by being direct like that. Because sometimes it can be a head scratcher sometimes to tell if a woman is interested because many women tend to be more shy and afraid of rejection and I think it’s way easier when a woman is just no bullshit and just comes out and goes after what she wants. It’s an attractive quality in my opinion. And you might have some guys that turned off by women that are strong and confident enough to straight up ask a man out like that but those guys sound like assholes in my opinion. Had something like this happen to me recently. I sensed my girl was pulling back so I re-examined my own behavior, saw where I'd lost some of my focus and worked to get it back. I didn't initiate contact with her but set my sights on my own mission and purpose. When she noticed my absence I knew one of two things would happen: she'd start pursuing me again or she'd walk away and I was okay with either outcome. You need to view yourself as a catch, if you don’t, how are other people supposed to perceive you as a catch? If you walk around with your shoulders slumped, looking down at the floor and looking away whenever a lady looks at you, you just come across as a guy who has no confidence what so ever and unfulfilled in his own life. Learn the body language and confidence building exercises coach teaches and apply them, you can read the book a million times and be able to recite it off the top of your head but until you start to apply it you can only get so far. Just go for it man, perceive yourself as a confident good looking guy and understand that women would be lucky to date you, assume all women want you and act accordingly. It is a stronger mindset to have rather than “nobody would ever want me I’m ugly” or whatever your insecurity it.

Sadly, this has happened to me several times. You’re right, Corey, when a woman likes you she tries to help you by telling you what to do/not do. I ask for space and what I want clearly. Not all women play mind games and make you guess. I hope men take your advice to heart.

If he goes along with it being her friend and trying to go that route he is displaying pleaser behaviour and will only end up getting led on and hurt more and more. I think Corey has a lot of sound advice but I think him and women mistake the guy showing vulnerability as weakness. We all have weaknesses, insecurities, issues. I don't think it's good to let them overcome us but I think it's healthy to share and talk about them with the women we love and vise versa. Being able to admit your faults let's her know you're comfortable with her and then she opens up herself to share her problems, then she knows you love her despite her flaws and that you won't drop her the moment she reacts on her issues. I don't think we should consider them as weaknesses and shove them deep inside of us and never talk about it cuz it might intimidate her or make us not seem confident or masculine or whatever. We certainly can't overcome them all and THEN have the confidence to go be with women, that would take a whole lifetime. Confidence in yourself is nice but what I think makes a relationship flourish is that you can admit some shit about yourself, she doesnt get scared away and instead picks you back up and you do the same for her whenever she admits something. The relationship lasts because you're both committed to strengthening each other but that won't be possible if no one admits their flaws because we're scared it might scare the other person off. I'm not saying you both need each other to stay alive like some middle school dramatic relationship but you both have to call out each other for their issues and then work on them together instead of just leaving when it goes bad.

I’m only halfway through this but dude this is like how my situation is going.. being too much looking to make her happy all the time and wanting to talk more and feeling like I needed to do better or more when she started showing signs of pulling away and telling me she to chill.. I did that for a day or so then would go right back to feeling like I just wanted to do anything I could to show her my love and that she matters. She had told me that in the past nobody would tell her she’s beautiful and make her feel good about herself so this is part of the reason why I wanted to be that guy that did those things and went above and beyond but I guess going beyond was too much and when she showed that I took it as if she wasn’t into me which in turn made me wanna try harder. Not a good idea now that I know. I’m in the middle of giving her space. I really really like this girl a lot. I’ve been waiting and waiting for a girl like her to come around and she checks off everything that I want in my wife.. she doesn’t think she’s beautiful but to me she’s honestly the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen and she has everything else about her personality and stuff that I’m just like yes yes yes. I think I knew all this and was afraid to mess up and in turn I ended up getting anxiety over that shit and I messed it up.. she gave me another chance after I dropped the ball the first time we hung out and then I started to feel the pull and then I did all the trying harder the next two weeks and then she was like we’re done.. having a few days go by. Sitting here thinking about it almost all day everyday, I def realized I wasn’t being myself and I was just in my head the whole time and I feel so bad because she hasn’t seen the real me recently and I know that if I had another shot I wouldn’t mess it up and I’d just be relaxed and be myself and not worry about this and that. Just living in the moment. But idk if she’s even going to want to try again. I broke her trust by messing up after she gave me a chance after being off when we went on our date. She saw a completely different person than what I am and it makes me sad that I let myself do that and may not have the chance to show her the real me, the person she first fell for so fast.
I just went through this exact situation with my ex for months, just 3 days ago we talked because I reached out after NC for 4 weeks (figured I had nothing to lose because I already felt so detached from her) she never definitely said it’s over but she said I’m confused and I wanna be alone right now . Told her how I felt , what I wanted and that I respect the way she feels and the door is open if you change your mind. She instantly went back into her feminine and I have no reason to contact her anymore , if she comes back, that’s on her. Really wish I saw this last week
So essentially this same thing happened to me. We (she) broke up (w/me) and I walked away. I spoke with her one week later in person. A month after that gave her my set of the keys to our apartment, and I had to message her last Friday asking if she was packed up and moved out of our apartment so I could sign the end of lease. Other than those 3 occurrences I haven’t spoke with her in a 2 month timeframe (day we broke up), I’ve been working on myself, almost down 20 lbs, working on summer classes in college. Trying to find answers within myself, finding my center. I will admit though, even though I’m feeling so much better than the initial break up, I still have lingering thoughts wondering if she’ll ever reach out.

I wonder if she is a dismissive avoidant type... If so, it would be hard to have a solid relationship independent of what you do. This just reinforces coach's advice of focus in yourself and not be attached to the output.
I've been following Coach for years since High school and college. Just got out of a long relationship now dating, find this one chick everything was going right for 3 weeks went on one date then went to her place for Valentine's dinner few days later she told me she falling back from me. Mind you both of us are not together yet at all, mind you she's using this as an excuse because she just started a new job.

Bryan Union hey man I know it’s hard, sometimes you want to check up on her and see if she may be moving on or possibly thinking the same way you are, but this is attention seeking and seeking validation from another person, this is not a state you want to be in. Every relationship is an opportunity for growth, take what you got from the time spent together and progress onto better things. Focus on goals and working towards them, it is masculine energy afterall. DO NOT text her, or reach out to her whatsoever it will only prove to her that you are the weak guy she thought you were. You’ll be okay man, read the book, see what you did wrong and enjoy fulfilling, amazing relationships with the girl of your dreams when you apply yourself to the principles in the book. Fuck it all makes sense now. Literally same shit just happened to me and I finally realized the days I'd back off completely shed be so physical and all over me. I didnt even see it at the time. She reassured me that she wants to keep talking every day cause shes still interested but her ex continued pushing which made her dip out. I told her if she wants to see me to just let me know, otherwise I'm backing off. Keeping snaps textless and only talking when she does. Let's see what happens

I am in a similar situation with my "girl". I did everything text book wrong. Chasing her being needy as fuck. By "coincidence" I stumbled up on Corey's content and my eyes where opened. I stopped all the persuading and focused on being happy with my life. After three weeks she texted me saying I could call her now, I said no you call me. We talked on the phone, I was so fucking nervous my voice trembled of the emotions. I know this was sounding week but I kept the conversation light hearted and made a date for a video call the next day (we are at a long distance). The next day nothing happened and now more then three weeks later I shoot her an email saying let's talk and come to a conclusion. I know this is probably wrong but by now I am giving up on her and just want to thank her for the good things she brought in my life. I believe she is still Loving me and something is cooking but the baking process is way too slow although some part in me is still in love with her. I just have enough of this.

She will always be the person that changed me, also I found Corey's work indirect because of her. At the end she almost killed me indirectly but I owe her a lot. I am sure James Bond knows how to show gratitude.

thanks coach, the advice you give works. been fixing underlying issues and seeing positive results. my only problem is not knowing ahead of time if a woman is fickle in nature or not, seems i just make bad choices in women.
thebransnipeD refer to judging her attraction level. If a woman isn’t too attracted to you, say she perceives you a 5/10, it will be harder to secure dates, you have less leeway, one mistake could potentially lead her to blow you off. There are a few subtle ways to instantly judge her attraction, look up Coach’s video on it :)

I have a question for the men on here. I love how Corey teaches men to be confident with women. Since A lot of men often don’t approach attractive women, though, how would you men feel if a woman struck up a conversation with you instead? Maybe complimented you and then followed it up with, “hey I think you’re really attractive, can I give you my number?” Would this be a turn off? Or would you appreciate the direct honesty? Please comment below! Charlene Maeder In my opinion I think most guys would be receptive to this. It takes a lot of courage and guts to do this and you’re already setting yourself apart from most women by being direct like that. Because sometimes it can be a head scratcher sometimes to tell if a woman is interested because many women tend to be more shy and afraid of rejection and I think it’s way easier when a woman is just no bullshit and just comes out and goes after what she wants. It’s an attractive quality in my opinion. And you might have some guys that turned off by women that are strong and confident enough to straight up ask a man out like that but those guys sound like assholes in my opinion. They seem like guys that you wouldn’t wanna be around. I think a lot men would like a woman that displayed genuine interest like that
