You made a mistake in the video. Erlang never staged the initial attack on Hua Guo Shan. The battle was very real - he fully intended to kill Wukong in the beginning. He only realized that Wukong killed himself on purpose after he took Wukong’s memories. And he felt very guilty and conflicted about it, that’s why he went to contemplate on Mount Mei and decided to wait for the Destined One. this is even more obvious when you listen to hidden audio files. In any case, this was his in game dialogue. I can’t kill that monkey, nobody can, only himself. It wasn’t until afterwards, I realized perhaps that was his only option. He didn’t have a choice and neither did I.” Because Erlang was forced to by the celestial courts.
I really hope people that play BMW understand the lore behind it, it gives so much impact knowing that all this time it was Erlang who endured safeguarding the most important and dangerous piece of wukong. He's a real brother.
Wukong and Erlang are both one of a kind they both strive for freedom and they both wanna protect their loved ones and they both have bend troubled by a corrupted government. They both deserve so much more hopefully when all this is done, they’ll find the peace and freedom that they both deserve.

@@ruuoxi in traditional folklores, Chang e refers to a specific person, houyi's wife / moon goddness. in JTTW / BMW, it is different, it is a title instead of any particular individual, they are fairy maidens in the Moon Palace. hope that explains?

He's surely a filial son. He recite so many prayers for lifting his mother's punishment, before he finally do the action.

这是一辐多么恐怖的画面。。
而且他被师傅复活后，第一件想做的事情，
就是杀他以前的“父亲”报仇。
最后因为复活他用了佛祖的灵珠，
理论上佛祖就是他的再生父母。
所以他认了佛祖为父，
佛祖把自己的一部分注入一个宝塔中，
给了哪吒的父亲，
哪吒在父亲必须随时把宝塔托在手上，
不然哪吒可能就一刀把他砍死了。
