Florek always nailed the understated exasperation
"Anyone know where Cassidy is?" LOL
Such scenes and cutaway seems to be missing in the more recent seasons.
Too much emphasis on shocking twists, emotional trauma, etc.
Sometimes you just want to see hilarious interactions between the team members.
@@bentencho You are so correct! The newer seasons are interesting but they are losing focus on the characters individual personalities. I always loved how even tho all the detectives had different beliefs and mindsets, they knew how to put it aside or would learn throughout the episode to be open minded and focus on caring for the victim and solving the investigation!
yes he sells insurance now lol he does those cheesy all state commercials. he occasionally makes an appearance on the show to see benson.
@@danielcorreard3746I love those commercials.
Out selling insurance for Allstate then crawling back into bensons life
Watching this episode for the first time. The man yells, "I am NOT a homosexual!"
I replied dismissively, "Okay."
Then Munch matched me, "Okay."
Same here 😂😂😂😂
"I'm not a homosexual!"
"Okay🤷♂"
Munch angrily shaking his fist/pointing accusatorily at that suspect paired with the bad ADR of him "yelling" is so hilarious.
he is so loving for me..
Did that ever occur to you?
Waits half a second then points xddd
Haha I thought youtube had un-sinked from the audio again.
That was really bad. Maybe Munch was using the secret hand gesture to check him for microchips.
Ikr I was just about to say something about that I was hoping to see someone already did lol and I’m glad you did
@@anokgamer396then he shakes his clenched fist 😂😂
I like how every cop on the show just didn’t care if someone is gay, just a fact they work around
Well it’s not something to make a fuss about.
It should be that way in the real world, too, so when these shows normalise it, hopefully it makes other people think, too - what’s the big deal?
This is 23 years old - things have improved a lot between then and now for the LGBTQIA+ community. 😊
What else they should have done 🙄
Yeah, so ?
@@axiomist4488 …so?
@@axiomist4488 So it's significant, because LGBTQIA+ acceptance is becoming more mainstream due to beloved TV characters being accepting - people like to emulate their favourite TV (or film) characters, so hopefully they have followed suit.
Besides, they've had at least two religious detectives - Elliot and Sunny - and they also have no issue with the LGBTQIA+ community - to me, that shows that you can be religious AND tolerant, too. It's not hard.
The moment when you completely forgot that Brian Cassidy was one of the OGs and not just a random love interest for Olivia.
Cassidy should have stayed on! Honestly him and Liv were a cute couple!
Mayhem❣️
That ending was funny like, "Sorry, detectives, you were saying?"
5:30 - 5:47
I mean, he's not wrong.
But I can see why Cragen was exasperated nonetheless . . .
I adore his character
Gunther was having a very good time till they knocked on the door 😂😂😂😂
But something going on happened ! You know the window escape fails 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Would it have really hurt to give him a few more minutes, lol?
@@Backroad_Junkie hahahahahahaha
Soon as they said cops he was done.lol
Not sure, can he dress in 10 microseconds?
5:33 - 5:50 John is hilarious!! The way he just goes off on a person and leaves them speechless. > > I just watched Season 16 Episode 12 of original Law & Order. The same actress that's the super's wife was the wife of an accountant that was murdered on L&O. She's basically playing the same character.
she was in The Wire too.
Is that Amy Ryan, who played Holly on The Office?

I didn’t know the vulture was apart of the special victims unit!
He was there for the first season only. Idk why the actor left, but the character was written as being unable to handle some of the things that was happening around him. He literally sat by Capt. Cragen's desk, crying, saying he couldn't handle what happened to a woman Cragen sent him to find. So he decided to transfer.
@@triciaramgoolam4045 doesn't he become a recurring character?
@@targetseeker I don't know. After he left, I've only seen him on two episodes so far.
@@triciaramgoolam4045 ah. first time watcher or just casual (watch and enjoy the episodes but don't dwell too much on lore and continuity)? feels weird to see svu on two different channels that are opposite ends of the run (early seasons on one channel, latest on the other).
@@triciaramgoolam4045I know he plays a character that ends up being on and off with Olivia a lot later in the show.
This is the only time saying "I saw all this fluid all over him and thought of you" isn't an insult.
lol
HAHAJAH LOL
😂😂
They really gave Newt a good working over in the script. Well done!
Too bad almost all of what he said was later proven to be wrong. That had no place in the story. All of those ethics violations were found to be lies by a Democrat that lost his seat the next election. Little has changed over the years. New dems, new lies about republicans.
@@robertthomas5906 Democrats don't need to lie. The immorality and hypocrisy of Republicans is established fact.
@@tomfurgas2844 They lie all the time. Check into the investigations into Hillary. Lots to look at there. How about Trump and Russian collusion. Lots of lies and they were all from the democrats. There was no Russian collusion by Trump. There was collusion by Hillary. Schiff and his lies - or are you still waiting for his evidence that he said he had? Could go on and on. The problem is you don't know who is lying to you.

As I recall he was the Prime suspect but not the actual criminal.
‘Did he have a boyfriend?’
‘He wasn’t homosexual.’

‘He was just confused and rebelling against his father.’
‘So he had a boyfriend?’

The man’s father couldn’t accept his son’s homosexuality. How fucking archaic.
Also NEVER EVER talk to the police without a lawyer.
He has every right to not support the LGBT lifestyle. But not to hate his son.
@@musicallytalented16 and what exactly is the LGBT ‘lifestyle’?
Do you go around living the heterosexual lifestyle?
@@TheBlockWIzard it's their idiotic term they wave around when they don't understand something that doesn't fit in their narrow, rigid world view. also tell this guy that not supporting the LGBTQ translates to "I don't support life, nor should I have to"

Spoilers:
If I remember correctly, Jesse was black out drunk, and was on the roof. Ray baited Seth up there, told him Jesse was in to him and wanted a piece. Jesse woke up to Seth giving him a BJ and lost it, and beat Seth to death. Ray knew and laughed for setting it all up, told Jesse “welcome to the family” (remember, they have a violent trash past). Jesse got busted, but Ray got in more trouble for setting it all up.
@@CharlesBrusch So he woke up to Seth sexually assaulting him. (Ans Seth is not innocent, even if he was into him is still sexual assault, even if the victim is male). He should have gotten nothing, it's should be self defense.
@@jaimeduncan6167 self defense only goes so far. Maybe in the show’s legal system there is a difference between fighting to defend yourself and beating someone to death after you are already safe

@@Silencer796 you know, maybe you will not agree, but I don't care. I have understood (philosophy has helped me) not all the criminals are evil. Not all people in prison are "bad". So yeah, after all these years, and what I remember from this case, I felt bar for the guy
@@Silencer796 I also felt bad for the killer of this episode because he spent his whole life terrified he’d become his brother. And in a way, that’s exactly what happened.

7:20. That is not how prisons work!
Actually New York has been releasing violent criminals because of so called overcrowding (yet they keep the ones locked up for drug use and possession).
