Seems a lot of stuff but I had it all in my kitchen. I use to make a batch of this pack for a week and store it in an airtight container. Just get it out of the freezer and used whenever I wanted. I also did some pedicures that also worked well for me maybe. As for your arm try using some good moisturizer and SPF whenever you're going out. I'm not an expert but moisturizers, masks with turmeric do help. And don't be insecure they'll go away. It's just about time :)
