**update** I started the egg business on my roof, I have 30 hens that I bought for 650 each. They have started laying off eggs from the last week and my egg sale has been good especially in my neighbourhood. Some things that I want yall to reconsider is that:
1- I have only two marlas of land space and I’m putting sand on the floor, every week I clean the cage with water pipes so its disease free.
2- Im growing wheat grass and raw grass at my home as feed, and some left over lunch and dinner e.t.c this really keeps them healthy as homemade food contains a number of minerals, vitamins e.t.c
3- I have Installed some led lamps (hanging) that are connected to a central battery.
4- every sick and diseased animal is separated or slaughtered so others can be protected from diseases etc. ( btw all are alive and healthy Alhamdulillah)
5- I didn’t buy any chicks because death rate is very high and they are very sensitive. Most of us (like me) wont be able to take proper care of them.
6- vaccination of all 30 hens cost 300 rupees and I highly advise you to vaccinate them especially Newcastle (Ranikhet) and corzya vaccination.
7- I had only a 20000 headstart and all the hens were bought from locals or neighbours, markets are not advised.
8- 10 hens are separated and paired with roosters so that their eggs are fertile and incubate able.
9- I made a diy incubator that cost me around 1000 rupees, this will be used to grow my breed.
10- I bought a black laced polish, Chinese and Aseel pair, whose eggs will be collected and incubated they are around ten times more expensive than ordinary hens.
11- My rules include;
1. First six months profit will be invested on the hens ( each and every penny of it ).
2- all the eggs will be sold by me nor in the market. ( 200 per dozen)
3- Non of the eggs will be consumed by me personally.
4- my most important goal will be to recover all of my investments on the business.
*Note* I will be posting some photos and updates on chaiwala.com soon and inshallah will do my best to solve any of your problems.

اگر آپ کے پاس کوئی ہوٹل میرج ہال ہے تو آپ بچا ہوا کھانا بھی ان سے لےکر کھلا سکتے ہیں اور اگر گوبر کے پاس ڈالے گے تو زیادہ کیڑے بنے گے لیکن گوبر کے پاس کوئی دودھ دہی لسی مت ڈالے اس سے گوبر میں بیچھو بن جاتے ہیں ایک دو نکل آئے تو مرغی کھاجاتی ہے اور اگر ایک ہزار نکل آئے تو مرغی کو کھا جاتے ہے

The ideal thing we can use for attracting flies & creatures and planting grass is Bagasse or Husk of Sugarcane. Find freely & handle easily. Try to buried some for planting & scatters for attraction. This will cost nothing, makes everything more nutritious & provides better fertilization.

all these ideas can be applied to small scale not large scale farming of more than 10000 hens so please also make a video regarding large scale feed production..try to come up with a composite with all essential nutrients and low cost because feed hi sab se mehnga kharcha ha farming ka
