- Coil Unit error problem in copiers Ricoh Aficio MPC-3500 MPC-4500. Replacement IH Coilunit unit B2234354
It is often necessary to exchange the whole UNIT that belongs to FUSER UNIT.
Do not push the thermostats on the IH coil unit. If you do, the thermostats will be opened. In that case, the IH coil unit must be replaced. Watch the video and follow these steps:
Remove the:
1. Fusing unit
2. Front right cover
3. Image transfer belt unit
4. Paper exit cover
5. Inner Tray
6. All PCUs
7. Rear cover
8. Right rear cover
9. Open the controller box
10. Second duct
11. Fusing duct
12. IH inverter
13. IH inverter bracket
14. Remove the ground cable
15. Pull the IH harness in the arrow direction.
16. Remove the second duct screw (circle).
17. Pull the IH harness in the arrow direction.
18. IH coil unit (First release the rear side of the IH coil unit.)

You need to fix fuser first, not reset. Possibly damaged fuser film and thermistor.
That's the easy bit. Trying to then feed the wires back through on the new unit is a right pain in the ...... lol

Hola, toque el termostato de la unidad y me salio el error sc 582. ¿ podria sacar la unidad y desarmarla para sacar el termostato y medirlo con un multimetro si no hay continuidad esta pegado, darle unos golpes en una parte plana del lado negro y deberia de escucharse como un cascabel, volver a ver si ya tiene continuidad y volver a montar.?

Hay una solución más para este problema del termostato. Tienes que ponerlo en la nevera en el congelador durante 2 horas. Por lo general, está bien después de eso, porque el bimetal vuelve a su lugar.
Si, se desarma y se saca el termostato y se golpea, no es necesario bajarla completa ahí colgada se puede sacar.
Tengo ese problema en una 5001 el codigo sc582 si hay q cambiar algo ahi

IH inverter current error at power on. The output current from the IH inverter does not reach the proper value when the IH inverter turns on.
Causes:
Disconnected power input terminal 1 and 2
Defective IH inverter
Defective IH coil unit
Defective fusing unit
Remedy:
Check the power input terminals 1 and 2.
Replace the IH inverter.
Replace the IH coil unit.
Replace the fusing unit.

The image transfer belt contact sensor does not detect the movement of actuator at the sensor while the polygon motor rotates. • Dirty image transfer belt contact sensor • Defective image transfer belt contact motor • Disconnected connector of image transfer belt contact sensor or motor • Disconnected cable You can do 2 things: 1. Debe comprobar la unidad del fusor. Desmonte las carcasas, limpie el separador, reemplace los termistores y tal vez el problema se acabe.

السلام عليكم .. رجاءا عندي طابعة ريكو mpc 305 ..المشكلة التي فيها ..الشاشة تعمل بشكل طبيعي بحيث تظهر ان هنالك خلل رقمه sc144 جميع الموتورات والمصهر لاتعمل بحيث لاتسمع لها اي صوت من بداية التشغيل حتى اطفاء الطابعة .. اعتذر على الاطالة مع شكري الجزيل لكم

Causes: • SBU defective • The other side of the communication (BCU, IPU etc.) defective • Power/signal harness defective
Remedy: 1. Turn the power off/on. 2. Reconnect the power/signal harness. 3. Replace the following parts: • Replace the SBU board. • Replace the IPU board. • Replace the BCU board. • Replace the power/signal harness.
