@@Tedolightbulbhaha that clip was made by my flat mate at the time, he did it on blender for me as a test but also as an opener for my channel, loved it so have used it most of the time (when I remember to put it in 😂) - it’s just a recreation, it’s not from anything of that era, it was made in 2020/2021!
This was the apex of their creativity. Weird is that i took more than a year listening to Era Vulgaris (know it's not from that album, but close enough "era") to start to like it and enjoy it as my favourite album of theirs. This is their opera.
I have two versions of Era Vulgaris. One has Running Joke and Era Vulgaris as tracks 12 & 13 the other version just has Fun Machine as track 12. It was years before I found this out lol.
I learned this song about 15 years ago and never bothered to relearn it. I remember the tuning being weird. It is an absolute beast. Great job. Nice spiders and vinegaroons nod there.
A string is tuned to down to G, same as Wolf, muting the E string the whole song is hard, I'm thinking they must tune it to a G as well to add extra power but didn't think to try it till just now lol ayy thanks man, I love it when they do it live, so cool

Are the two guitars shown in this video the only guitar lines in this mix? They sound pretty full, which is surprising if those are the only audio tracks (on top of the actual song) because most rock songs have multiple guitar tracks layered to make a bigger sound

Originally it was recorded for Lullabies but was misplaced for years. That's why it ended up as a b side for Era Vulgaris.
