Great job! 👍 This episode was a lot of fun. The opening scene really hooked me, and even though I wasn’t a fan of that Batman movie, I enjoyed the nod to it. I’m still on the fence about fully loving the show, though. It’s such a big leap from the comic version of the character I’ve known forever. I know that might not bug you, but I can’t just let go of the characters I grew up with just to please someone who may not even like them that much. That said, I’m sticking around because, honestly, the writing is really solid! Keep up the good work.
@@mati3503 yeah you have a stronger connection to the comics than I do so it’s understandable. Also, I’m an old theatre nerd from high school in college and so the fantastic acting which you have also noted is perhaps making me love the show a little bit more than other people. And I agree with you about the bat in the room, or rather not in the room. It’s really something I have to work at to get past, the fact that they don’t talk about him at all. Anyway, I did end up watching your review and I think you’re more than fair to this show in your commentary so we’re not that far apart.
