I both loved and hated the episodes with the Wendigo in it, they were TERRIFYING AF. Also, Derek should find as many ways as he can to use that Death Whistle in future campaigns cause it was the most spine-chilling sound I couldve imagined for a horror creature to be making
For anyone just starting, the length of the videos can be intimidating, especially if you struggle with focusing like me. But having gotten to episode 8, I can promise that it’s worth the watch. If you struggle with focus I can recommend increasing the video speed and occasionally skipping through the fights, as those were areas where my attention would faulter (no disrespect to the gang of course, it’s a me problem not a them problem). Once you get into it and get past the first few episode which have lower audio quality (again, no disrespect to the gang, you guys are awesome), this campaign is absolutely awesome and a great watch ❤❤❤

I look forward too this campaign, because I know that most of you guys are amazing, and have no reason to doubt that the two unknown players will be anything but equally as amazing.
I am in the same boat, but i highly recommend their curse of Strahd campaign as well. I started that one when I first ran out of witchlight episodes. I still need to finish strahd, i got distracted by CR and more Witchlight and now this campaign. Hope you enjoy!
So my original plan was catch up on Witchlight, then watch Prime, then Strahdanya, then Icebound, then Edge of Midnight, then Beneath Dark Wings. But, my ADHD said "Start all of them. Every single one. RIGHT NOW!" So I've made a game of it and assigned each campaign a numerical value and I'm just gonna roll a D6 whenever I feel my attention span waning to determine which campaign to watch lol
My OCD said start at prime and do not watch anything else until you have finished. Once I did it only allowed me to watch the next one up on the playlists list. It nudges the back of my head sometimes that I can't watch into the feywild in proper order as I can't find it 😅

As a NZer. Its very hard for me to resolve the nuances of a barbarian that looks like a NZ Maori or Polynesian with Ta moko tattoos, and a name like Toa, but sounds like a South African 😂 Im not sure if the accent was meant to be Australian??

I'm excited to finally start this campaign! I've heard wonderful things about it but I wanted to catch up on Edge of Midnight first, and at last... the time has come! I really love these characters already and it's such a change to see Mikey DMing after only seeing him as a player so far. It's already a great time! I will say- at around 3:18:42 when Nikkie was like "San Jose has an Egyptian Museum" I nearly dropped my drawing tablet I jumped so high. San Jose is my hometown and the Rosicrucian Museum has been a HUGE fixture in my life bc it's so close to the schools in my neighborhood lmao. We went there for field trips all the time. Somehow the reminder that that place exists for other people was scarier than anything that came before, but it is a great museum. I'd recommend it if you're in the area - they have lovely gardens!
Finally starting BDW after finishing Curse of Strahdanya and catching up on Edge of Midnight! I meant to start this before EoM as recommended by the discord and timelines, but I saw that EoM was being live-streamed to I caught up on that first. I’m also caught up with Uprooted and Icebound, because I just can’t watch one series at a time lol, so I’ll be alternating between this and Witchlight until I’m caught up on that too! Then it’ll be Prime Time!
Watched EoM first then CoS, and holy shit coming to this after watching those two back to back has been so cool. I know there's an official order like you said, but honestly working my way around the way I have has been so cool. Lost my shit at the mention of Edelwood at the end, and this stream came long before CoS (think it has to do with another campaign they've played, on the channel or not, idk). And I know from Avantris and Chill some vague things about this series, and it's all so exciting knowing that they're connected. It's even cooler that this, CoS, and EoM are all connected even while being DMed by two different DMs. This channel has been a goldmine for me for so many different reasons. This campaign, along with Prime and Root, is one of the only non-patreon campaigns of LoA I haven’t watched. I’m very much not happy with the current state of OUAWL, Icebound, SDR, and I’m not sure Im going to like where EOM goes when Arc 2 happens. So I did the most logical thing. I decided to watch an entire campaign(while keeping up with the current ones) and I chose this one. Yay?

This campaign, along with Prime and Root, is one of the only non-patreon campaigns of LoA I haven’t watched. I’m very much not happy with the current state of OUAWL, Icebound, SDR, and I’m not sure Im going to like where EOM goes when Arc 2 happens. So I did the most logical thing. I decided to watch an entire campaign(while keeping up with the current ones) and I chose this one. Yay?

I'm hard of hearing but this looks like it would be a really fun series to watch when I get my sit down and relax time. Maybe a fan has transcribed this before that you know of? I saw these videos are quite long so no worries if not I can definitely understand regular 8 hourish videos not having subs 😊
