ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കമ്പനി, ക്ലെയിം എങ്ങിനെ റീജക്റ്റ് ആക്കാമെന്നു ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു. അതാണ് അവരുടെ പ്രോഫിറ്. ഇതിനിടയിൽ പെട്ടുപോകുന്നത് പാവം ഏജന്റ്മാർ, അനുഭവം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. അവസാനം പോളിസി അടച്ച പ്രീമിയം തിരിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു
അന്ന് പഠിച്ചു വരുന്നതേയുണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളു. പിന്നീട്, കമ്പനിക്ക് എതിരെ കേസ് കൊടുക്കുവാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
