sir i wounder about this resolution, is there any international law which give that right to interfere in any state internal issues?
States don't need the legal right to comment or have a view about other states. This resolution is the view of US public representatives and not an interference.
Why this had never happened in past? Pak Army is always backed up by USA but now this all happening to hold back Pakistan from CPEC. As we can see change in USA and India relation.
This resolution has nothing to do with CPEC. This never happened in the past, because no other political party lobbied the way PTI did this time.
@@AHMEDALINAQVI they opposed Bangladesh elections before even announcing result but for Pakistan they took 3/4 months. This is the long wing plan as Pakistan got invitation from Russia to join BRICKS as well. Pakistan's relation with China+Russia caused USA to put pressure on us from other way.
The huge majority of the representatives of the lower house who voted in favor of the investigation indicated it would put some kind of pressure on the U.S. govt to investigate Pakistan's previous general election.
Dear this resolution does not ask US govt to investigate, rather it asks Pakistan to investigate.
But yes it will put pressure on US administration to transfer pressure on Pakistan for investigation, but guess who will investigate in Pakistan ?

@@AHMEDALINAQVI A JIT comprising of HRC ,Judges , journalists and govt representatives may investigate, and findings may not be published as it has been happening for decades in Pakistan. Making a JIT would not only help govt in releasing the American pressure but it would help American political parties in running campaigns.
