How to restore/refinish/condition wooden bowls
I pick them up at garage sales and thrift stores, clean them up and resell them on ebay and poshmark.

What grit sandpaper do you use?
So pretty! I have a bowl I might try this on. What if I want it darker? A wood stain?
If you stain it make sure you can use it for food after
Where did you get the products you use on the bowls? Do you have a link? :)
Amazon. I linked it in the description :)
Does anyone here know if i can paint patterns on the bowl and then trear it with the mineral oil?
I don’t know but that would be awesome
I need to get old salad oil off my maple bowl, it is dirty and sticky. Any ideas?
Maybe goo gone? I just seen this sorry. did you get it off?
If it sat so long…
You can maybe even let some vinegar and water mix sit in it for a little bit and then re oil your bowl afterwards
25 Cents wow! Guess the thrift store is not out to make money on those bowls?
Would olive oil work as well?
I’ve never tried it. The mineral oil works great
no, it goes rancid over time.
No, olive and other food oils go rancid. You need food grade mineral oil . It's not made from vegetables .
