He’s able to grab the others but can’t grab and bust Bif

All the adults can grapple even grapple immune characters like bif and russell. When they grab from a standstill, they get pushed back. But if they run and grab, they can take them down.

I could be wrong but you can only take him down with a running tackle and from a standstill when he’s at critical/bullyable health

Bif and Derby both always have antigrapple. Besides, even with antigrapple an adult can take them down with a running grapple so it's not unfair.
