- The All Time Recordists on Pikes Peak Hillclimb until 2018, Sebastien Leob and the 875Hp/875Kg Peugeot 208 T16, were once again in action last year at Col de la Faucille in France for the Montée des Lègendes event.
Now owned by the 9 time WRC Champion and run by his Racing Team, it is always a pleasure to watch the All Wheel Drive, 3.2L Twin Turbo Monster being driven properly and this was no exception as all of you can attest with both the onboard and outside footage. It is a supremely efficient machine displaying speed and traction in pretty much an unparalleled manner in any Motorsport. We just hope we can keep seeing this duo every now and again...

When man and machine mold together as one, the result is this combo. Loved his calmness as he soothes through the corners at ridiculous speeds. Awesome use of left foot braking as well! 💯👍

Assuming the same setup hardware wise those turbos aren't breaking a sweat given the immensely lower altitude.
Pikes Peak's pencil thin air is no joke.

The goal here, I believe, is to go very fast...and...stay on the road...to slide with this kind of machine and this tire width...seems to me inappropriate and above all inefficient and there is a great risk that the machine goes into the background...and uncontrollable...the 50/50 drift, it's make or break!
