Rabbi Shimon Russell is a psychotherapist in private practice in Yerushalayim. Rabbi Russell has semicha from Rav Shneur Kotler ZT"L, and holds a master’s in Clinical Social Work. He is a popular author and speaker who has presented on parenting and mental-health-related topics worldwide.

The last few minutes, about not over-expecting from your kids reminds a Vort I heard in the name of the Lubavitcher Rebbe:
A woman once said to the Rebbe, I wish I would have a son like you. To which the Rebbe answered: to have a son like me, you need to be a mother like my mother.
(I think it says a lot, don't expect more from your child, than you can give them).
I'm pretty sure that story is about Rav Dovid Trenk zt"l!
