Egg benedictine are very hard to make at home because of the Hollandaise sauce. What I personally do when I decide to make them is to buy an envelope to make the sauce. I don’t know if you have that brand in US, but I use the Knorr brand one that tastes extremely nice. My favourite is ham and asparagus. But usually, I eat them in restaurants. I don’t make them myself.

I totally believe Maddie's weight gain is because she's very happy with Luca. In psychology, we tend to eat more when we are around good people and that the positive-incentive theory also supports this as she is a foodie! And I also like to think that when Luca comes over, he brings her food or they cook a meal together; and when they go out on a date, they try new food spots as their adventure. I love this series so much, keep up the quality work!🥰🥰🥰

We can pretend that Andre got the managerial promotion and Maddie couldn't stand working under him and that's the reason she quit her job sooner than later in order to open her restaurant (the restaurant was always the goal eventually but Andre's promotion made the decision easier for Maddie).
I can see Madelyn's ex is still stuck in his ways. As much as I don't like how he treats and treated her, I hope he goes to counselling and expresses himself in a healthy manner. Also cat voice was hilarious XD
Himalayan cats are an individual breed, they naturally come with a similar colouring and markings as siamese cats :)
