Dang girl. I am always amazed how much energy you have! I'm a mom of 2 and I'm just so overly exhausted 24/7. You are a mom of 3 (soon to be 4) & you get so much done. Good for you!

I take lots of breaks and most of my videos are filmed over a couple of days and I’m blessed enough that my husband works from home with me and we split responsibilities 50/50. I’m sure you are doing amazing!!!!! Also I’m always tired hah

@1&only, I feel ya. I am a mom of one, and I swear the exhaustion is real. Though I don't have a helpful husband, or any family around since am in a different country/continent.
I always watch all these TH-cam moms and wonder how is it I am tired when everyone else seems to be super energetic 😱

A tip I learned was when you drain grease out of meat, get a bowl and put tin foil to cover it and strain the grease into that so then when it solidifies you can just take the tinfoil out and throw it away and the bowl is still clean :) love love love your videos!!♡

One of my favorite sheet pan meals is so simple... I use 1-2 sweet potatoes cut up, 3-4 small yellow potatoes (like the baby ones) 1 onion and 1 bell pepper cut up, and whatever sausage you like cut into rounds. Toss it all together in a bowl with olive oil and salt pepper garlic powder.. bake at 400 for about 25-30 mins!

Tiffany I really enjoyed this video. The kale & chicken sausage looks amazing. I’ve never heard of it but now I’m going to look for it. What you heard pouring oil down your drain is right. A tip you might want to use is I take a plastic container like a yogurt container and put the oil in that & stick it in your freezer. Once it’s full, simply throw it out in the garbage. I put mine out the night before the garbage is going to take get taken away so that it doesn’t get hot in the summertime and smell. I call it husking corn too. How long did that meal prep take you? It looked like a long time. You are so right about meal prepping saving you sooooo much money! I’ve never seen those yogurt bars but I’m going to try them. What did you use to wash the grapes? I’ve never heard of thieves before. Great job!

    • @caylieann1994

Yes, about discarding oil and grease. I save glass jars (pickles, salsa, pasta sauce containers...ect) and drain all my grease into those and put it in the freezer. It usually lasts a whole month before it's full.

You can refrigerate it and keep filling it until it's full then throw it away or just throw it away after it solidifies. Tip: I drain oil onto a paper plate and let it cool turning to a simi solid consistency and I toss it in the trash. It saves a clean dish and it is easy to dispose of. Also, I have used cans and jars for oil, but I recycle as much as possible. Yes oil will mess up drainage and plumbing. If you get any oil down the drain, use liquid dawn and run lots of hot water to break up and wash away oil if possible. We have septic so I just keep oils away from my sink. I wipe out pans with paper towels and Dawn before putting them in my sink.

My family and I are currently obsessed with the 'ranch' sheet pan I dice carrots, potatoes and onions. I stir in a bowl with a packet dry ranch and then lay on my pan then coat chicken the same way. Throw it in for about 40 mins. Its delicious. Have you thought about using foil to cover your pans. Makes clean up way easier. I died laughing at your toddler eating the cheese. Those are the precious moments you'll laugh about when they're grown ❤

And instead of boiling the corn, we either cook it on the grill, or we wrap each piece in wax paper and cook it in the microwave! Super easy! I grew up in Ohio and we say “Husk” the corn. Try cooking corn with the husk still on next time! You can boil it or microwave it, I prefer microwave. But once it’s done, chop off the end of the corn that’s the stalk, grab the top with a hot mitt so you don’t get burned and start wiggling and squeezing it and it will pop out without any silk! Super easy!

I’m from Iowa. Never lived anywhere else. We are surrounded by corn! (The grandkids go to a country school, literally in the middle of cornfields) I am no expert...but in my 60 yrs of “putting up”corn. Husks are the leaves around the corn. Shucking is taking the leaves off. Silking is removing the silks under the leaves. Milking is running the back of your knife up & down the cob after you’ve cut off the kernels. (I was told yrs ago by a farmer that there are as many silks as corn kernels on an ear of corn!?? 🤷‍♀️) I’m not sure how true that is because who has the time to count that or even want too? But it’s an interesting fact!?

I love to use montrel grill mates chicken seasoning on my veggies to bake. It is so good! My husband loves it to a point where he eats it everyday for dinner at work 😂 and omg I love quinoa (the taste and texture!) I cook my quinoa up with red bell pepper, asparagus and sausage. Avocado seed prevents it from turning brown. I tried it after lime didn't work

We boil the lasagna noodles first (as normal)!! That might help with them curling up. Then after we put them on the bottom and it helps keep it together when you cut into it!

I do my corn in moist paper towels in the microwave for about 3-4 min for 2 cobs. If I do boil it, I do it in water with sugar added fir about 7 minutes for 4 cobs. Your meals look yummy. Going go try that lasagna for sure.

Hi Tiffani. It's nice to meet you. I am a new subscriber. I found you quite by accident, but so glad I did. I watched a few of your other videos and fell in love immediately. I especially like the cooking and grocery hauls but your morning routine hack video is ingenious! You are so adorable and your family is as well. I am 58 years old and live in Northern Maine with my husband of 41 years of marriage. You have the cutest baby bump! I hope your pregnancy is going well. I look forward to many more videos and getting to know you better. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday and a great upcoming week. Stay well and healthy.

I’ve always said “husking” corn. My new favorite way to cook corn is in the microwave! You leave the entire husk on and microwave it for 3 minutes. Then you cut off the stalk end and push the corn cob through and it comes off without the silks! Life changing😊

I always make two when I make lasagna. One to eat day of and one to share with a new mommy or sick friend or to save for later.. it’s a lot of work and can get messy with my kids helping so I always do at least two at a time. :)

Shucking corn is what we called it. So funny when you said good thing you didn’t cut his finger off....right as I’m thinking That was close! Lol. Gosh Tiff, we aren’t realllllllly friends in real life. But I’ve missed you! Glad your back. You know, if you wouldn’t have gone in the nursing profession and then onto doing you tube, you really could’ve been a chef. A lot of your techniques for chopping and washing look really professional. Who taught you to cook? I do try to emulate some of your moves. I’m not nearly as smooth as you are...but practice makes perfect. Thanks for improving my life by teaching me a quicker way of doing some things!!
