Most of this isnt forgotten. I am going to make a sourdough starter this weekend for the first time in 15 years. So thank you! Also,,the fact it can't say tangy,,tangeeeeee!😂❤❤❤❤
I can lots of things. Lots of jams and jellies, meat and veggies. I also like to can what I call ready meals. It's so good to come home on a cold or rainy day and open a can of soup
My dad's mother died when I was 5 years old and my mother's mom died when I was in the ninth grade she was a strict person and I rarely ate at her house and when I did it was horrible for me now my cousins got the best food from her but me however I got bad food so grandma's food was horrible But still thank you for showing what other kids grandma's had for them especially what my so called cousins got to eat thank you.😝👇😝
I saw Townsend and his salt pork but a good chunk seems to be stock or from really old vids. I recognized the kitchen from some 1950s stuff lol But you are right there were some photos that were actual people

😂😂I enjoyed learning from this
I saw Rachel from "That 1870's Homestead"! Shes wonderful if you want to learn how to preserve and use your garden.

You don’t need to soak beans if you cook them in an InstaPot
😂 love the TJoe comment. The lard in my area super market is filed with chemicals. I'm going to gave to make it my self. Anyone know how?
Nothing beats bacon baked in lard😜
Remember bacon grease and chicken fat and skin render oil too
I completely forgot about PB Max
Anyone with a brain in their head still does some of this!
I enjoyed the video until you got to the stuff that wasn't in grandma's pantry.. artificial stuff 😮
Did you ask all these homesteaders if you could use their videos and pictures?

I wouldn’t dare eat lard. I care about my heart and arteries.
