A private prosecution will fail - the CPS will take it over and drop it.
There is no recourse to corrupt institutions.
He can sue the private security guards company for assault, battery, trespass to person and property, and unlawful detention. But he is unlikely to find a solicitor who will take it on, so he will have to go through the stress and risk of doing it all himself.
If this had caused any trauma, he will have to re-live the trauma every time he makes a witness statement or application to court or gets lied to about missing cctv and bwv etc etc etc.
Police are rapists, and the celebrate the rapists in their ranks by nicknaming them "the rapist".
