Thanks for the video Ace Audits. I've submitted the report to the SIA and encourage others to do the same. The more reports they get from others the quicker they may deal with him.
    This was my report:
"Just seen a video of Henry who has an SIA Door Supervisor license acting aggressive and committing a Section 5 Public Order Offence. His behaviour was threatening towards a woman who was taking videos in a public place and even attempted to block her from moving on the public footpath.
This guy should not be working in security and I say that as someone who has worked in this industry on and off since 2001. I recently completed my SIA Door Supervisor training and in my opinion, it appears as if he didn't carry out any training, maybe he had someone who looked like him attend the training course because during the training course it's made clear that you are supposed to de-escalate a situation not to escalate like Henry did in the video."
There's no reason for security to ever go out into the public street and stop someone taking videos. The training we are given by the SIA is to approuch someone in a friendly way and ask if we can help them. The idea is to show a presence so anyone who is planning anything bad will decide not to come back because they know security are present and aware.
Hopefully this is the last time you encounter such a nasty person.
