It's not realistic for everyone and it can be a pain to keep up with, but it has saved SO much time cooking for my family. I use painters tape to make a label of every item and/or portion that's inside my freezer to stick on the outside door and take it off as the item comes out to use. It makes it so you can easily see at a quick glance what you have, what date it was from to use first and what you need to stock back up on. (Ours is a stand up freezer so I've even gone to the effort of sorting everything into what "shelves" they're in so its a quick find for anyone) 😅 Totally not realistic for every household and it can be hard to keep on top of sometimes (I usually end up with a sticky note of labels to make and by then need to redo the inventory lol) but its better than trying to guess in our case! p.s; so happy to see longer, in-depth videos from you on TH-cam! You're a blast, please don't stop inspiring us all! (Also hope you're all safe and okay over there in the east with the current snow, yikes!)
I do the small magnetic whiteboard and write things down as they go in and erase when they come out it's great. You can color code it too if you want for fruit, veggies and meats. Lol. Then at a glance you know what category you are low on and need to watch for sales in!
I try to get rid of stuff in bags in my pantry. I keep it in tupperware brand containers - made sure to get lots on a good price when I was a rep for a brief time!! They stack way easier, and I label it so I can see it. Stays fresher longer.
For the sausages you can make a cajun sausage and chicken dish with literally any pasta, basically chicken, sausage, tomato, some spinach, cajun seasoning and some cream to makebit a sauce :)
Seafood chowder (for scallops), hamburg steak with gravy and sautéed onions/mushrooms, instant pot ribs, beef meatballs (with either lentils or oats mixed in), rice/chicken/broccoli/cheese casserole
Couldn't message you on tik tok bc you don't follow me. ****Tomato recipe....my chicken spaghetti stuff meal, as I call it**** *everything diced except the artichoke and spaghetti* 1 stick butter and a little olive oil (or whatever oil you have) so the butter doesn't burn. 3 halves of different colored bell peppers (yellow, red, and orange) 2 chicken breasts 2 can diced tomatos 3-4 fresh tomatos 1-2 cans quartersd Artichokes (optional. if used, use the juice as well) pasta (however much you want to cook) whatever seasonings you want to use. taste as you cook. I basically cook everything in the order listed. chicken is basically cooked in the butter and onions then I usually add the diced tomatoes and tomatoes and it finishes boiling in them. it's a really good/light meal. could even skip the pasta and ileat it as a soup. Haven't really found one oerson that doesn't like it.

That’s so smart I may have to use the painters tape idea bc I used to do a page taped to it but crossing out adding new gets so messy

We are eating out of our freezer. Told my husband no more buying meat. I always do inventory of what we have in them and it always amazes me.

I just found you on TH-cam and I’m so excited because I love watching you on Instagram! Awesome video!
For a tip you can use a dry erase marker and write in your deep freezer what you have. And in Mexico we do eggs with hotdogs and it is great
That’s smart
