Powdered vegan backpacking food experiment?

I was trying to make the simplest vegan backpacking food plan...not sure if this is it! My attempt to make the simplest 1 day, 3400 calorie, under 2 pound lightweight, small volume, cold soak vegan backpacking meal. Will be eating this for a day on a trip next week...we'll see how it goes.
