பொள்ளாச்சியில் ஒரு ஆப்பரேட்டர் 600 கேட்கிறார். வேறு ஒரு பகுதியில் 200 activation charge மட்டுமே கேட்டதாகவும் அதை அகால நேரத்தில் install செய்து கொடுத்ததால் 100 டிப்ஸ் தானே மனமுவந்து கொடுத்தாகவும் என் உறவினர் கூறினார். 300, 500, 600, 1000 என பல இடங்களில் பல விதமாக வாங்குகின்றனர். இலவசமாகத் தருவற்கு மேல் எத்தனை கிடைத்தாலும் லாபம் தானே. தமிழன் தரம் தாழ்ந்து கொண்டே வருகிறதோ?

நான் திருப்பூர் தங்கராசு... கேபிள் டிவி சங்கத்தில் தலைவராக இருக்கிறேன்.... நாங்கள் ஐநூறு ரூபாய் வாங்குகிறோம்... செட்டாப்பாக்ஸ்களை மக்கள் எடுத்துச் சென்று விட்டால் அரசுக்கு நாங்கள் 2200 ரூபாய் கட்டவேண்டும் என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.... எனவே செட்டாப்பாக்ஸ்களை திருப்பிக் கொடுத்தால் முன்னூறு ரூபாய் திருப்பித் தந்து விடுகிறோம்.... திருப்பூரில் வெளிமாவட்டங்களைச் சேர்ந்த மக்கள் சொல்லாமல் வீடு காலி செய்து செட்டாப்பாக்ஸ்களை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு சென்று விடுவதால் பாதுகாப்புக்காக முன்னுறு ரூபாய் வாங்குகிறோம்... ஆனால் செட்டாப்பாக்ஸ்களை ஒப்படைத்தால் முன்னூறு திருப்பித் தருகிறோம்....
