Nicki, you're right!! From the looks of how this salmon cooking method and recipe turned out, this *will* revolutionize how our family cooks fish. I would have never thought of it! I'm sure the family will enjoy this versus overcooked option I usually provide. As always, thank you and Happy New Year to you and your family!
I was looking for a slow cooker salmon and this is so nice and simple!!! I also love the ideas in the end, for different meals. I just got quinoa and avocado and excited to make something a bit different. I usually roast salmon in the oven or use a cast iron pan. Many times it turns dry and I hate it that way.
I'm a NEWCOMER 🥰 I'm so happy I found your channel... I don't have use of my oven right now. I don't use my stove top but, my pss helps me with cooking. Because of my physical disability I can't stand for too long.
Sorry but Cilantro makes everything taste like soap. This holds true for about 20%if the world population, so you may want to include an alternative like parsley of dill. And for the fish taco, the fattiness of salmon holds a hot sauce quite well too, try it; an example is scotch bonnet or perhaps habanero although the former is more fruity. Also, I do miss the vacuum sealed bags to seal in the moisture, and from the cuts they do look a bit dry still.

Hi Patrick, you can absolutely use a mix of half parsley and half mint in the sauce if you don't like cilantro!
I love Cilantro!!
