I'm having an issue where once the mission launches, I can hear the cutscene, but all I can see is my character staring at the starting area idling at like 5FPS. Once my team loads in, I can see them moving but the game accepts no input from my end whatsoever. I can't move, aim, or even open the pause menu. All I can do is the Xbox home button to shut it down. So frustrating, if anyone knows a fix, let me know.
I don't have an Xbox, but I had the same problem. All I did was went to the safe mode on ps5 and rebuild the database and deleted the game and restore license in settings. So if you could find how to do something like that on Xbox it would fix it. Until then ima find a way to fix it on Xbox for yall ok.
Yes. I put ps5 in safe mode and rebuild the database then I restored the license and uninstalled the game and installed it back and it worked. Hope this helps let me know how it gos ok.
Haven't had this problem just yet. But I am however unable to bring in my own loadout. Customized a few loadouts, but as soon as I'm in the op I'm kitted with the standard spec ops loadout. Anyone else has that problem?
I'm on playstation and I use safe mode and it worked. Look someone told me that they had someone Invite them and it worked. And if you have an scavenger backpack on a character in dmz delete it because that's what's causing the problem not sure tho. Let me know if anything helps.
I fixed my issue. my controller was working but I couldn't control my player when game started and then get kicked when I time out. Pause and menu work. I felt stupid, I had my keyboard plugged in for chat but the game thought I was using it to play which disabled my gaming controller. Unplug it and it was fixed.
Same shit on 3 diffèrent PC .... made a twitt... a report bug ... at last no answer from Dev and no trello information came back. Pay fo it but no service back.
Whenever it happened to me I just leave the game and begin a new match But if that do not work for you Try getting off call of duty and getting back on But if that still do not work for you try deleting the game and download it back
This is happening to me!!! I've uninstalled, reinstalled, soft and hard reset, nothing is working! So freaking stupid! It's also only on my main account. My other accounts are fine.
I had rebuild the database in ps5 safe mode. After that I uninstalled tha game then I reinstall it and it worked. So try that and let me know bro. Also go to settings/account management and go down to other and click restore license. Hope this helps.
@Brandon Hallam ok , what I did is I power off the console went to safe mode and rebuild the database. Then I Uninstall the game then I restored the license in settings. And installed the game back. Then it worked for me. Hope this helps if not let me know .
Its the new backpacks, if you have one on any of your dmz operators, you need to remove it. You can do so by retiring the operator

No not that but that's what I'm working on . How to use the loadout. But this happens. I'm look and find out what's going on with your bug too ok.
That one isn’t a bug, you’ll always load into spec ops with the default kit but there are loadout crates that you access to get your custom loadouts

@STALL2213 just wanted to give an update. I deleted saved game info from my console and it fixed it. It was just bound to one profile. All good now.
