Sir, two questions:
1. what is the maximum quantum of advance that can be drawn by a subscriber from his GPF account.
Ans: half the amount standing to his credit in the fund
2. what is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn by a subscriber.
Ans: An amount equal to 90% of the amount at credit
These questions and answers are from Swamy publication Books.
Please clear as you quoted that 75% or 12 months pay whichever is less.

Advance is limited to 75% or 12 months basic.
Withdrawal is up to 90% in some cases.
Theses are amended in 2017.
