One question though: Do the automations get triggered when people reply to a story in the case they are NOT following the account already? because when I just post a reel and then tell people to DM me, these messages go to the „requests“ folder and no automation is kicked off.

Coz if I direct them to my free guide link, it will ask them to give their email and name again. How does that work please?
Thank you, I'm glad you like them! I think what you are currently doing is that you are sending them to the signup page of your guide. You shouldn't do that. You should just send them directly to your guide once they gave their first name and email. Do you understand?
