Just got a 2021 T595 and have about 75 acres of woods to clean up. Thanks for this video since it gives me a good idea of the capabilities of the skid steer and Rut MFG Terminator.

Great job on your first video! They'll all get easier and better from here.

four "from experience" notes : led flood lights on the roof - consider attaching the brackets to the roof with round magnets that can be found at amazon or homer depot. I think mine are about 3" . I also epoxied a thin layer of rubber to the bottom of the magnet (old tractor innertube was perfect) and these won't slide. Plenty strong enough to hold the light, until, heaven forbid you hit a tree limb that decides to keep your light bar. (you can guess how i know this). The mags will release and let the light go. Had it happen 3 times, no damage to anything. Mower - strongly don't recomend going down in size to a 60". I have a 72" brushcat and a 60" CDI similiar to yours. The problem with the smaller mowers is that they will allow more carnage to smack your lift arms and cab. I hate the paint damage this can cause, so i would stick with the larger, 72' on a t595 (i have same thing). last, add a battery "plug in" for a float charger. Run this up on the rear control arm so you can plug your battery in when the thing is not in use. Batteries from anywhere are expensive for these. The one in my john deere has survived 14 years, and it , too, is kept plugged in to a charger. Look at battery minder or Noco Genius at Amazon. Last battery you'll buy for your bobcat.
Last, if you are a neet-freak like i am, clean out the cab floor, and install a generic set of rubber floor mats that you took the time to cut and fit in around the floor openings. The center console in typical bob's gets destroyed, and this will greatly help protect your investment.

That pyramid louver is the best idea I have ever seen! On my old 863 the factory screen rusted out so I am going to make one like yours as a replacement. There was a special tint used on aircraft that was porous and would not bubble up. Any polymer will release gasses when exposed to UV and regular tint will be pushed off.

Great video man! Iv been looking at a bobcat skid steer for our new property and been watching a lot of videos lately and stumbled across yours! Keep them coming for sure and what iv seen is people enjoy the tripod videos from the outside of the cab rather then inside of the cab! Got yourself a new sub man! Keep up the great work

Great walk around and clean up of that area. I'm "online dating" the Rut Tree Slayer for my mini excavator. I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Just fyi, you can always take that door off when you know you're going to be in and out a lot. It lifts out and has a connector to detach. Pretty easy

You would not want to run that chipper with the door off. Dangerous…..☠️

@@jonathanpeterson1984 Definately Not...lol, my biggest concern with taking it on and off is putting it somewhere that ill either run over it, forget where its at, or my 5 year old will use it as a BB gun target/dirtbike ramp! Thanks guys for your input. I greatly appreciate it.

Cool video, I recommend you watch Garrett Williams channel and look at his video with an awesome attachment he has for brush clearing. It's a adjustable rake and it's called grubbit. That sucker is amazing how well it works and it is cheap to buy.

First off great video, Skid-Co would probably be a good resource for you he does similar work and I believe he said that Lexan off gasses for its whole life so I think your doomed to have bubbles if you tint it. Curious how well your truck handles that load as I'm looking at getting into similar work I assume its a 1 ton. Again great video keep it up.

It depends on what you are doing....I do 50/50 brush and debris. The root grapple tends to drop a lot of material such as bricks and chunks of concrete. The root grapple is great at sifting material but it can also struggle with that depending on what you are grabbing. I definitely recommend a grapple with independent claws rather than the one solid jaw. It will help when grabbing uneven material and keep it from falling out. I have a 4-n-1 bucket but it can’t do what a demo grapple could

Hey Brian, heard you mention that you wished that you had a construction/demo grapple instead of the tine/root grapple. I’m starting a little business like yours out here in Texas and have been wondering if the construction grapple would be a better choice for me as well. Wondering what your reasoning is as to why the construction grapple might be better all around. Land and construction clean up. Thanks. JR

Im on the fence honestly..... igger means more emissions controls and less maneuverability in tight spaces but more power would be a plus in some circumstances. Honestly after having it for over a year now, its a great balace of power and size for what I do. I dont regret it at all.

You have the wrong cutter for the work you are doing. I hope you have learned over the past two years and now have a better cutter.
