Its not a fucking race bike. A race bike is onpy a race bike if u actually race it. Which charmichael hasnt done in what like 5 or 6 years. So its just sick as shit bike, all be it its probably the nicest non-factory rmz 450 on the planet.(tho im sure payton through some goodies in that motor the rest of us cant get) but hell he's Rc he should get whatever the hell he wants, hes the goat, and probably will be for a very long time. Im suprised hes not riding the same bike as james stewart.
I read in the magazine test that they shortened Ricky's Pro Circuit Ti-5 muffler by one inch. I have a Ti-5 system on my RM-Z450 and I can tell you that they shortened it by more than that. It looks like a carbon fiber tipped potato gun is sticking out of my bike. I'm very worried about how vulnerable it is to crash damage.
This is his Loretta bike, not his factory bike, Suzuki was a dick and wouldn't give Hime anything but he has tons of pro circuit go fast parts. The guys said this bike had insane power though
15 Titles! That’s an outlier of outliers! In Statistics class we learned what an outlier is. Say, you have a bell curve. Something that is outside of the bell is an outlier. And then say, you collect data on outliers,......RC wouldn’t even be inside the bell curve populated by professional outliers! And that’s all starting with professional population. An outlier among outliers! Amazing!
It's an AMA rule that basically allows you to buy anyone's race bike for twice the MSRP. So someone could've put a claim in against Ricky and walked away with a $25,000+ race bike for a little under $17,000. I believe people are able to counter-claim and start bidding wars, but I'm honestly not sure. As I understand it, the rule exists to discourage people from building obscenely expensive race bikes at the amateur level. The last time I heard much about it was Alessi's supermini ten years ago,
E. PROTEST FEES AND PROCEDURES 3. The claiming rule value is two times the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) at all Qualifier, Regional and National events.
Ricky was riding a Yoshimura Suzuki works RM-Z450 a few months ago. I believe he even raced the first qualifier for Loretta Lynn's on it. What happened to that bike? Were they worried about the claiming rule at Loretta's?
being that this video is relatively new it can still be his race bike, just not the same bike he was racing with back in the day...theres a video on youtube of him racing a weekend at some track with amature riders
I agree this is a pointless video just a bike with all pro circuit Parts on it. I think I do believe Ricky had a custom subframe, custom Peg height, custom triple clamp setup for his application. and this video was just a couple berm roosting and a dirt bike that was built from a magazine. How about this... donate that bike to Mookie. so he or someone else has a cool ride as a privateer. Or as a sponsor.
still gets me every time kicking these Brand new bikes 3/4 times a lot of the time know wonder why people like the two stroke way easier to rebuilt less maintenance don't get me wrong I love the four strokes just sucks these are new bikes hard to start
I bet a lot of shit on that bike is titanium that exhaust was probably $3000
This really isn't that big of a deal this a bike any with coin can have built! I thought this was a video of his factory bike!

I wish they talked about the bike after riding it, kind of a pointless video

10 year old vid and Rozcen is still kick starting that bike. LOL
The height of suspension on exit is --- a big witness of power.

That’s basically same bike they sell now in 2021 lol they gave up
I have the little rubber-band-ish hair tie on my lower fork legs too. Does this mean my bike is amazing too? Nah I didn't think so either. LOLOL

u mean the lower fork tubes right? u can get yours anodized to look like his.
Kind of odd how although he is considered to be the Greatest Of All Time, and won Suzuki a few championships, they stopped giving him factory parts 🤔
Brandon Parker that what I asked in another video..now he’s retired do all old sponsors just cut you lose and no more free stuff to promote brands ?
He's been listed at both 5ft. 5inches and 5 ft. 6 inches.

me Cook bi two strokes are way lighter also
If the bike is cold it takes about 3 kicks to charge the capacitor to run the fuel pump, I'd gladly kick a bike 4 times that ride a smoker.
Badass bike
