Omg…I knowww🙈lol..I loved it too babe, but my hair was so dirty after being in those braids for so long, it needed to be washed…lol. Will definitely be revisiting the braid out though😉
Braids look so good on you, but when you took them down, I was shook sis😳 All that beautiful hair, my God😍 I usually pre-poo with olive oil, but I have to give your suggestions a try. Love this video!
I'm new to your channel much older 51 but I love the fact u take step by step in growing your hair which thats what I🥰 was looking for...have a Bless Day
I sware I never want to do that extra step because I'm so lazy, but your video gave me hope that I can do this time around...lol It looks so easy when it's broken down into steps. Btw great video!
Hahah, thanks love! Trust me I'm a lazy girl too but since I've seen how much pre-pooing has saved my hair, there is absolutely no turning back. Definitely do the extra step babe, it's totally worth it!😉
I usually pre poo once a month but in the summer i do it every night before wash day to really help keep that moisture locked in till next wash day Even though i have waves and not curls my hair is damaged so pre poo helps so much.❤️❤️❤️ im gonna try your pre poo oils, usually i just use castor oil and olive oil but i love grape seed oil
I love the work and effort you put into your videos! It shows in the editing and how easily your videos flow. You deserve wayy more subs than you have. Im definitely subscribing!❤
Thank you beautiful, that means a lot! I appreciate you saying this more than you know. Thanks so much for believing in me and supporting. Let me know if there are any other videos you would like to see on my channel!😘
Ok a few things: 1. You are gorgeous #nohomo 2. Your hair is to die for. Talk about hair goals 😍😍💇 3. What songs/instrumentals were playing in the background? I heard 2 different ones. 4. If I was you, I would have worn my hair like that (after you took the braids out) for about 3 to 4 days. It looked great. That was a style on its own.
Well damn….lol, thanks babe😩😘 I was feeling it too, but my hair was filthy and needed to be washed. Will definitely be revisiting the braid out though. Also the name of the songs I used is called Maluca-Da Rocinha 2 and "Hey Ya", by Outkast!
What is the name of the hair you had in your hair? how long did you keep them in? how did you moisturize them and keep them up? your hair looks so good as you take them out, your hair looks just like the braid hair
Haha, thanks beautiful!😘 I'm not 100% certain because the salon I went to provided the hair, but I think it was Freetress Africana Braid 100% Kanekalon Hair. I kept them in for 3-4 weeks. I used creme of nature leave in conditioner spray and edge control, along with aloe juice and water. I also tied it down with a satin scarf at night. Hope this helps!
Bella Mecia that Creme of Nature argan oil is bae lol...I love it...I'm still waiting on my Creme of Nature leave in conditioner spray...you are such an inspiration...New Sub
How are you possibly combing dry hair without breakage? I used oil and tried to comb through and detangle my hair and it was so painful and my hair was breaking!
Hey just a question, I'm really considering going natural, but im a little skeptical about what I'm going to get into. Im using relaxers right now, and my hair is in a protective style as of now. To transition, do I have to stop relaxing all together, or chop it all off? Im not sure I'm confident enough to chop it all off either.
Don't worry love, you don't have to do the big chop. I am living proof of that as I continue on my transitioning hair journey. The best way to start going natural is to stop perming your hair and letting it grow in its natural state. Also you have to try to avoid putting heat on it, continue to moisturize it and slowly trim the damaged ends away every couple of months. Remember its about health, not about length. Length will come once you start taking good care of your hair. Amazing things happen when you take care of your hair and leave it in its natural state. I'm sure your curls are beautiful & I'm rooting for you on your journey love so don't be discouraged. You got this💪🏽
I personally flat ironed my hair once every 7 days along with heavy oil treatments and deep conditioning until I finally cut off the remaining relaxer. But keeping it in braids, like micros, would be cool too. *Be careful if you take the flat iron route. You need the right iron, right temperature, products and tools.*
Hi I am a bit confused. After Pre poo what do you do next. What I mean by this is do I wash it out with the twists still in because once I de tangled I washed my hair and then it became tangled all over again !!!! Help please what do ?
does it matter if you pre poo when your hair is dirty?? like say i'm about to wash my hair that has been gelled down for a week would i automatically pre poo or wash it then pre poo?? HELP ASAP
Whitney Sylvester you can spray your hair with warm water to loosen up the gel cast on your hair. But prepoo while some say it's useless because you are applying product to your dirty hair but it's a lot to prevent combat Hygral Fatigue.
But the definition your hair already had after the braid removal😭😍
Omg…I knowww🙈lol..I loved it too babe, but my hair was so dirty after being in those braids for so long, it needed to be washed…lol. Will definitely be revisiting the braid out though😉
Right I was like wait that was hers

Prepoo is essential my grandma used to always prepoo my hair since it was so long and thick. My grandma used to be a license cosmetologist in the 60s.
Alexis Patrice wow!
She reminds me of Kelly Rowland 😂

Here’s me thinking prepoo meant putting shampoo on before using water 😂😭
I did too at one time
Prepoo also helps reduce single strand knots. Sometimes I prepoo 2-3 days because I get caught up in things lol & get lazy.
doThatGWalk haha I did that too lol
How about LOC method is this everyday ? Or after you wash your hair thr 2-3 days your claiming? Thanks
