I believe you also have the plug and play with the 6.5" screen. As to star link, we can't get that here in Massachusetts as Subaru refuses to activate because of the right to repair law. Also, unless I am mistaken, the first 3 years are included and you have the option to add an additional 3 years at a reduced cost if you purchase within the first 180 days of ownership. I also went with the 2024 model in the touring edition. I did add the 8 year /80,000 mile Subaru Gold Plan extended warranty for additional peace of mind as I plan on keeping this car. I'm loving it so far and as you said in your video owning the 2024 5th generation is a wise buy before the model change over in addition to the savings. The touring 2025 Forester is $2,900 more msrp and while it has a few more features, I prefer mine with the 8" screen and traditional controls and switches. Congratulations on your new vehicle and many happy years of ownership.
From what I was told, the first 3 years were offered at a lower cost of $100 but it was not free. I personally never add extended warranty's and have never had issues with them but you can't go wrong with it, I just didn't want my payment to go up even more. Thank you and congrats to you too, it's a badass truck!
@@UltratecJS I might be wrong as I know it can be model specific. On my Touring it's included for 3 years then $100 a year after. But as I said I'm unable to get it in Massachusetts. You may want to talk to Subaru direct to be sure as it does appear that you should have 3 years included. Thanks for the kind words and best wishes to you as well with your new Forester!
Nice but... $484 a month... For like what 5yrs... I almost got one or should I say my wife... But she got the 2024 Honda crv... I like that red runner on the outside side on the bottom...

I almost went for a CRV but they offered 5.99% APR and $3k more for their base model. The payment was about $100 more a month.
