Its going to be an interesting Olympia. Levrone's presecne alone will attract a new crowd. And honestly, no disrespect to Phil Heath, it would be nice to see a change of bodybuilders. To see the classic look comeback but with a little more mass. When Phil first came out to Olympia and won it in 2011. He looked unreal. Like Flex Wheeler in his prime. I've always been a fan of Frank Zane, Steve Reeves, Bob Paris, Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone and Cedric McMillan. So it will be interesting to see who takes it this year and how politics will alter the decision as well.

Its going to be an interesting Olympia. Levrone's presecne alone will attract a new crowd. And honestly, no disrespect to Phil Heath, it would be nice to see a change of bodybuilders. To see the classic look comeback but with a little more mass. When Phil first came out to Olympia and won it in 2011. He looked unreal. Like Flex Wheeler in his prime. I've always been a fan of Frank Zane, Steve Reeves, Bob Paris, Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone and Cedric McMillan. So it will be interesting to see who takes it this year and how politics will alter the decision as well.

I've got to get to one of these shows. Rich Piana in my minds eye is a boss, numero uno.. Way over many others including the #1 Olympiad. The dude is just cool, the inspiration and positivity are bar none. Any dream can come true thinking and acting other than the average 95% is the message. Hey rich whats up man? Im not sure if you will read this or not but im sure somone will since everyone is so interested in posting negative comments about you! I just want to say that ive watched alot of your videos man and your an amazing dude! You got some serious drive, smarts, and willpower then most people in this world and thats why all these people are on here hating on you! You seem like a really good dude and try to always help people and tell the truth which I like! you give out a lot of free information and have helped alot of skinny jealous hating boys become huge men! whether they admit it or not there just jealous of you and everything you have but they dont realize the work you put in day in and day out to have what you have! They just see the end result! Btw im a fan of yours but im also a christian and a 29 year old bodybuilder whos never competed but loves training and staying in shape and healthy! I like bodybuilding alot just not a fan of the drugs in the sport or eating 8 meals a day! lol but I still eat them even tho thats the worst part of bodybuilding is the eating! wish you could just train and never eat lol but then we all would be huge! Anyways I know your a busy man but I hope you can read this cause im sure its hard hearing negative comments everyday so I just wanted to give you a positive one! I can relate to how you feel tho man! Even tho I like bodybuilding so much and have trained since I was 12 its a lonely selfish sport! And its hard because we love it but its hard to have real relationships and be 100% dedicated to the sport! I used to never miss a meal or a workout back in my younger days before my son was born and I was married! I was so hardcore you remind me of the way I was and thought! most people dont have what it takes to be a 5%er! I loved it because It made me feel good that people were jealous of me but were to lazy to do what it took to get the same results! So they would rather hate me! kinda like you! But one day my bodybuilding life changed after my son was born! I woke up one day realizing that I was just a selfish jerk who loved myself and bodybuilding more than my wife and son! I hurt my wife because I cared more about the weights then her! So she divorced me and I dont blame her! It sucked but I had it coming! I just want to say that I see you just went through a divorce dont know why and its none of my business but just hope you realize that people and relationships are more important then bodybuilding and im praying for your salvation! You have everything the world can offer rich! Youve got the looks, muscles, money, women, cars, houses, food, anything you want in this world is yours! But my friend it all doesnt matter if you dont have JESUS because without him none of that stuff matters! Its fun for awhile but then it gets old and doesnt fill the void inside that your searching for to make you happy! What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul! We all have to die one day and were never guarenteed tm! So whats the point of building an earthly empire just so someone else can take all your hard work when you die! Ive come to that realization cause I thought the same way as you before I became a christian! Get money, power, looks, and women and it will make me happy! wrong! it didnt make me happy just wondering inside is this all there is to life! well thats when I turned to JESUS and now I have true peace and happiness cause no matter what happens im going to heaven to meet him when I die! We all will stand before Gods throne one day and all I can say is are you ready to meet your creator rich? He loves you and sent his only son to die for you so you can be free! Even tho we cant count on people or trust in people we can always trust in God! Romans 10:9 says That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Your a smart man rich but without JESUS your lost! You have so many people that whatch and listen to you everyday! So stop cursing God and start praising him! You can be a witness and a light to so many of your fans who need help! I really just got into this whole body builder community here on the tube and I really would like to see Dexter win as well. He just seems like a really cool dude from the vids I've watched and he looks crazy ripped so he should have a good shot I would think.

I have to agree, the O has a mindset of recruiting poster boys that are able to draw more into the sport. We need an underdog to win, someone from the shadows. Phil has had the crown for too long even in the midst of "stealing" it from Kai. Dexter is a good way to promote longevity and health in the bodybuilding world, he's both old and new and I bet his win would unify some of the past and current bodybuilders.
