Hello sir, spc se acha hum floor ke upar floor (tiles ke upar tiles) bhi laga sakte hai na? 40rs sq ft jo ek sasta option hai 100rs sq ft se & i guess zada time bhi chalegi + low mantainance ? please help mujhe apne studio ke liye decision lene me dikkat arahi hai.

SPC is definitely hardier than wooden flooring. If you like the wooden flooring look more than tiles/ marble, then SPC will be a better choice vs wooden !

Sir acchi SPC flooring(4.5 mm of responsive industries, 120 per sq. ft) lagwaani ho agar 800 sq ft par to total cost around 1.1 lakhs pad rhi hai(including installation charges)...iski warranty hai around 10 years...to zyaada se zyaada bhi to 15-16 saal ke baad change karwani hi padegi..to isse accha tiles hi kyu na lagwaayi jaaye..thoda si cost zyaada lagegi and thoda installation bhi time zyaada lega...but kaam to permanent type hoga
