  • Two AROM stretches for opening the shoulders for days afterwards. repeat the series 2-4 times.
    Do not do these if you have dislocated your shoulder previously.
    Starts slowly and gently. Stop if pain is reproduced that doesn’t settle within 2 sets of the exercises.
