hi Ashishda, what is that pain? I also have that whole neck thing going on from many years. I heard jimmy shergil and sonu nigam had a similar issue and they were cured with Yoga. I tried to get in touch with Jimmy regarding this but couldn't get through. If you can, then please get in touch with him and also share his route to cure.
