I had the original white rabbit before it was sooooo chewy that it'd stick to my mouth. At first, I even chew the wrapper out because it was sticking so hard with the candy, until my mother told me it's edible
This is what i was talking about!! I always knew white rabbit was chewy and a plastic edible to eat with. But my cousins really debated with me. I knew I was right.
It's understandable that they give a lot of low score. Since me personally I am snack fanatic before, I noticed that this snacks showed in this video, especially the Lumpia snack and Cheese ring taste different before and now. Before when I was young, Lumpia is kinda cheesy and not that hard to bite I swear, but the lumpia now is hard and less cheese, it's kinda sad to taste your childhood snack very different now 😅 Some of snacks that I noticed changed its taste/texture is Boy bawang, Tattoos, Sweet Corn, Fish crackers and many more, I swear the old ones are better.
These are literally my favourite snacks back when I was a kid 😆 not a 90’s kid but I’m pretty sure kids these days still loves these (even my younger sister does hehe)
I really enjoyed this episode.. I laughed so hard, forgot my anxiety for the mean time.. I remembered my childhood with those snacks.. Great video! More Power! Salamat po sa inyo 😁
There's a classic version of white rabbit that I remember enjoying... It has that edible rice-y wrapper on the toffee. That's what makes it more fun to eat. 🥺
Hojin is hilarious! That one guy snorting mikmik like cocaine was funny! I really enjoyed this episode! I've never heard of most of these snacks but then again I was only able to try a few candies when we lived there. White rabbit and flat tops were our favorites. We were more of a chips and pastries type of family 😆 but I remember eating a type of candy that was inside a bamboo. I don't remember the name but it tasted like honey to me. We lived in Rizal, so if anyone knows what candy it was let me know 😊
I remembered while working on a bpo company a coworker brought MikMik and shared with everyone in our team. I was happily eating when a call came in - I panicked and literally almost died because of choking by MikMik 😅🤣🤣🤣
Lumpia Shanghai used to be really cheesy. I always intend to accumulate cheese powder on my fingers before I lick them all. Lol. It also lights up when you put it on fire. It's totally unhealthy at all.
Hi Kristy. I am an old woman but I enjoy your vlogs because they are very entertaining, make me feel very young again. More success to you. BTW, I am also an avid fan of KDrama and Korean food. Keep on vlogging.
My favourite when I was a kid was Flat Tops. I don't chew on it though, rather I let it stick to the roof of my mouth until it is gone. Also, for Yakee (hardly anyone does it nowadays) we let the outer coloured layer melt with Sprite. You'll have a fruity coloured drink due to the Yakee, and a sweet bubblegum to chew afterwards.
This is so FUN content...no hate kasi hnd nman nila nakasanayan...same here when I tried korean snacks i don't like also kasi nakasanayan natin ung salty tlga eh...pero ung mikmik if your prepared tlga pag unang higop mo gudluck tlga haahhaha
love you Krispy Pata!! You really introduced the filipino culture to koreans by means of our FOOD. Love you guys! ❤❤❤ I love korean food also! Kamsahamnida!
Koreans are adorable and so polite. My love and admiration to Koreans started when i discovered Moonbin of Astro. Moonbin became my fav among Astro. Since he's passing my KPop craziness ends too. Moonbin will be my first and last KPop idol. I luv n miss him terribly. 😢❤🤗 🙏
See!! I know white rabbit was chewy and milky and there's an edible plastic to eat with. I ate those chewy ones and that was my favorite candy then one day it became hard and there's no edible plastic anymore. I was today years old that hard ones were fake white rabbit.
I've watched this more than 3 times and I still laugh so hard on the mikmik part HAHAHAHAHA when you said that someone's went to ER because of mikmik 😆
So cool. I find your visitors really cool, like they break the usual thought about koreans kiddo's/high schoolers that should behave in front of others. I find it nice as they feel like they have a freedom to express their jolliness and just be their selves. You just let them have fun and feel at ease. Thanks
Kristy is so cute. She reminds me of that cute baby radish from the chinese movie Monster Hunt. They look quite similar, and I mean that in a nice way. They're both so cuteee hihi
HAHAHHAHA, this guys so funny HAHAHAHAHA, that boy in the left side is fast learner, the way he says "edi wow" HAHAHAHA, and the funny part is when they try na yung mik-mik HAHAHAHHA, thank for intertaining us :>

Poging silang lahat! As in... Pero Woojin No takes the crown on the papogian between the 3 of them. My rankings would be: Flat tops = 10 (we love putting them on an ice bucket while drinking and it will be one of our pulutan) Lumpia = 5 (also a pulutan when we where broke college students. lol) Potchi = 5 (it's too sweet for my taste) Cheese Ring = 9 (maybe nostalgia plays a part of this) White Rabbit = 4 (i personally love the white rabbit, but I do prefer the "original" one where you can eat the paper wrapping of the candy) Dingdong = 10 (the best for me when it comes to snacks because I personally love nuts and the salty flavor) Yakee = 8 (aside from what Kristy's note on where it would color your tongue, I love that sour flavor that it comes with) Mik-Mik = 8 (would have given this a higher score if it was the chocolate flavor, I love the milk one if it's topped on a "Iskrambol")

Hahaha tawang tawa ako dito eh. ..ang cute. 💓
I like their personality they are honest and fun. I like how they are not shy with the camera.
The original white rabbit has a wrapper you can actually eat, it also a bit chewy. The local one doesn’t have a wrapper and it is very hard.
Probably it’s more expensive to manufacture the original recipe that I think still made in china
I had the original white rabbit before it was sooooo chewy that it'd stick to my mouth. At first, I even chew the wrapper out because it was sticking so hard with the candy, until my mother told me it's edible
there are still shops in shopee po which has edible wrappers, my brother bought some before. ☺
The old white rabbit candy has a wax paper/wrapper and is very soft and chewy
This is what i was talking about!! I always knew white rabbit was chewy and a plastic edible to eat with. But my cousins really debated with me. I knew I was right.

The Mik Mik one is ridiculous. It's literally a confectioner's sugar that you have to sip with a straw?! I bet no kid hasn't cough for eating it LOL
I did. 😄 that is why you have to sip it slowly and carefully...dont get too excited.

My rankings would be:
Flat tops = 10 (we love putting them on an ice bucket while drinking and it will be one of our pulutan)
Lumpia = 5 (also a pulutan when we where broke college students. lol)
Potchi = 5 (it's too sweet for my taste)
Cheese Ring = 9 (maybe nostalgia plays a part of this)
White Rabbit = 4 (i personally love the white rabbit, but I do prefer the "original" one where you can eat the paper wrapping of the candy)
Dingdong = 10 (the best for me when it comes to snacks because I personally love nuts and the salty flavor)
Yakee = 8 (aside from what Kristy's note on where it would color your tongue, I love that sour flavor that it comes with)
Mik-Mik = 8 (would have given this a higher score if it was the chocolate flavor, I love the milk one if it's topped on a "Iskrambol")
