I have a 1999 Mazda B3000 pickup which is a Ford Ranger essentially. It has a parasitic draw. If I remove one particular relay, the problem goes away, just like in your video. My vehicle has 6 relays in a "box" that can hold 8 relays. It is in the same location as yours. If I replace that relay with another one that is known to be good, the parasitic draw comes back. The relay itself is not the problem. One of the commenters on your video (@Royges) has experienced the same issue as I have. You mentioned that you can just leave the relay out. That is true. Thanks for taking the time to make the video and to post it. I can tell from your video that you are a lot more flexible than I am. I have to remove the kick panel. I tried mirrors and the like. I hope that your '96 is still running.

@foggymtnbreakdown Yes, my ranger is still running. I am glad my video helped you. I hope to one day actually figure out the real issue from an actual mechanic, unlike myself. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for the vid and the good videography!
You were pretty on point & it was easy to tell what you were talking about.
I have a parasitic draw in my 99 4x4 4.0 ranger... and trying to chase it down.

I am dealing with this problem right now, but I doubt it is the relay, even though the draw goes away if I remove it, but I swap relays , my truck has 3 o 4 and the problem persists with all of them.

      I just leave mine unplugged.
