Had the opportunity to visit this distillery summer of 2023 with family in the Cary area. It was during the week and was a slow day but they still gave us a great sampling and an impromptu tour. Very friendly crew and attentive to all our questions about this great industry. We all felt welcomed to be there. The samples of bourbon were all different as described by our presenter and it was fun to compare what we tasted amongst ourselves. The tour of the rickhouse where they age the barrels was neat as well. I haven’t had the chance to be back in the fall for autumn festivities, but someday. We had the chance to purchase some bourbon and gin made there. Very pleased. Great job to the owners and employees.
