Great video! But you forgot to mention that you must have money available upfront if you are going to use POD for any Market Place or Website. POD has to be paid as soon as the order is submitted. TIK TOK does not pay you until the order is received by the customer. For instance, if you get an order on TikTok shop. You have to submit to Printify. They ship it out. So you have to pay for the production cost and shipping cost up front. TikTok does not pay you anything until the order has been delivered. Please keep that in mind especially if you don't have any money/credit cards to cover the amount of orders you could possibly get especially if you go viral.

Please share how to market on tiktok without buying samples and how does printify get the order? Ive been seeing people say that their orders aren’t showing up in printify
Make sure your shipping is set to seller shipping not TikTok shipping or it won’t go to printify. Make sure printifys warehouse is set up and it should all work. Also if you have money for free samples you can offer that too affiliates who can make videos for you. But you’re still paying for someone’s free sample with a hope they’ll make you some sales.
Apparently TikTok rolled out a new program where affiliates pay you upfront for the sample and get refunded after they make the video. I guess sellers were getting ghosted.

For now, saving this video for the future!
Circling back to entering the product descriptions on TikTok shop, would you say the SEO is similar to Etsy? Should we be researching SEO first, as with Etsy, and then creating designs or products that will come up in search? Or is TikTok really based on videos and exposure? I am brand new to TikTok and joined just to start a shop, so I'm a newb!
What sucks is that I had a ton of products already made and none of them were available to ship fast enough for tiktok so the product availability is way less then all of printifys products plus its a pain to setup everything to actually start advertising which you have to pay for so. It's not as easy as 1-2-3 it's way more difficult.
Hey thanks for the super helpful video. I've got most of the steps complete, I'm now ready to find a product to design and start selling.. How do i know exactly which products are tiktok friendly so i dont get banned due to process and handling times? thanks!
My question is everything I see on TT shop is cheap, like super cheap. $6 and $7 tee-shirts. How do you compete with the China pricing when using Printify.
exactly, that's why i haven't uploaded anything, I feel like people only want bargain's on TT if i upload a t-shirt for $20 bucks. TT customers definitely going to buy the $5 shirt
@@Mbalidesignsif your product is really good then they will buy it regardless. This would only be an issue if you were selling the *extact* same product as everyone else. Tiktok pays the seller 15 days after the order is delivered 😢. So yes, you do need money for Print providers upfront to pay for the orders to be sent to customers.

Hey ,
I've been working on my copywriting skills and created a few samples for you. Feel free to use them if you find them helpful.
Could you please let me know where I can share them with you? I understand that sharing them in TH-cam comments may not be ideal.

Hey , who pays for shipping printify or me ?
This is the question that I came to ask, too. Did you find out the answer? I am wondering if it is figured into the total or is it listed separately??
Thanks
do you have to have 5000 followers first to be able to sell on TikTok shop?
As of now, no! That is for the TikTok affiliate/creator program. TikTok shop is different

Love this explenatioin it was so helpful. Is it true that tik tok hold funds when a buyer purchases, so it doesn't get transfered right away to printify?
Correct! You will need to upfront some cost or use a credit card to fulfill orders before you receive a payout from the marketplace you sell on :)
not much profit with Printify
