Shift + E turns on weapon flashlights
would love to see a higher survival skill mean that eating crickets, worms, and larvae would NOT give you food repulsion. It doesnt really make sense that someone highly skilled in survival wouldnt be able to handle eating more than one cricket without feeling like they were going to be sick. The exception of course could be if there were bellow 50% freshness.
Regarding to the NVG & scopes interaction, my understanding of it is that Red Dots will work with NVGs as usual, and no scopes will work with NVGs so if you want to snipe you will need to pull up your NVGs and use the Vampyr scope. That way if you want to snipe in the dark you lose the peripheral vision.

I alway thought that characters with high engineering will have option to drain juice from the electric network on the island. Apparently it is working partially. Street lights are on at night.
Pretty sure Shift-E turns on flashlights attached to weapons so long as you have it shouldered.
It does yes, you need to have the weapon in your hands.

Do you know anything about gas lanterns? I couldn't fill it up with petrol, brake fluid or gas.
After charging the smartphone batteries, the mouseover shows fully charged but the display of the units is not updated.

Can you leave the generator on charging batteries in your base area while you go out 'shopping' without concern of the setup despawning?

1:01 Are you sure that's the Engineering level and not the Survival one? Because I have the former up to advanced and I'm not able to craft a simple compass due to the latter is on no skill.
Pretty sure that's eng.. not sure why they haven't added that part in yet to say what's eng and what's survival.. how TF are new players supposed to know
@@RayKit Yes, some do require survival instead and others demolition. Hopefully it will be made clear as part of the crafting interface rework.

Also I think car batteries are bugged right now. I took out my 94% battery and put in a 6% battery and it instantly jumped to 94%, I removed it and it was still at 94. weird.. I also noticed cars still keep running even after removing the battery.
Sad to say I would expect them to be after a patch. Nothing a hotfix won't fix
IRL a car will keep running without a battery as long as it has a working alternator.

@@RayKit It works, you just need to have the weapon in your hands and you need to be in combat mode I believe.

Yeah it has to be in your hands to turn on via Shift+E, just thought they took it out with this vid.
