The advantage to crafting the CRAP round is that you can get ammo without spending fame points

At 2:38 you can see the bullet proof vest has 90%., after the shot with AP rounds from mosin it was at 78% (12 units).
Then at 5:52 he shoot you with mosin CRAP rounds, and it reduced from 78% to 71%, (7 units).

Every one misses the point of ap rounds. They go threw walls. With the crap ammo more rounds go threw wall vs the ap. Normal rounds do not
Ap is food for base rading, because you can shoot threw cover
You can shoot through cover mainly because of the gun you use like AKs, Snipers and M82 not the AP rounds bud. They are called armor piercing not wall piercing rounds.

I'm not sure what difference your looking for though ? The description for the crap ammo is crafted armor piercing. Unless your player is a professional gun smith making match grade ammo theoretically the crap ammo should preform worse if not unreliable
People wanted a video on it so I made one. Some prob thought you can give them radiation

There has been no difference in caused health damage among the three types of manufactured bullets since at least version 0.4. Only crafted bullets cause less damage.

Imo , this makes a difference now has sense to keep all those mats for ammo crafting and gives me a better reason than "go run sell" for the new plant specialy with new fame sys but for those who like pvp I think this ammo must get a buff atleast for LR rifles for same reason .(But

I do like the new update but the cars or lack of are the only downside atm and that they quite buggy and bounce all over the show with no weight to them

fyi - AP ammo can go through one wall t2 or lower if im correct. so yea it has their utilities while raiding

No the Uranium doesn’t cause radiation on its own yet.
Luth. I am not enjoying the game no more.. before I had fun building base and upgrading it.. and maintaining it and defending it.. But with the new modular I can't even place containers after building the base with a small garage. I need someone to join my squad and leave to get that extra 50 units. But it is nearly impossible get the help needed.
Play on my servers bud. I upped the base part limit to 300

Great video. One thought though. If the CRAP ammo does the same damage as normal AP ammo, it still does more damage than the normal crafted ammo as those do 10% less damage than normal ammo (not counting AP ammo) So I think it’s fairly valuable to be able to craft an ammo now that does the same damage as normal ammo.
But the depleted Uranium needed for the crafted rounds sells for a lot of money no? Can easily buy you a lot of real AP ammo, which is even stronger. (if you have enough fame that is)
Yes I agree but since time to kill is so fast it will definitely be the players choice

It should be tested with at least 100 bullets. Sometimes I get hit and take 0 damage with a tactical west. So the west may absorb more on average with normal rounds. It is about penetration not about damage. The angle of the shot plays a big role as well. Normal bullet penetrating because you are hitting him square 90 in the chest.
Yes if the angle causes bullet to go through vest but not body you will hear a hit without taking damage

does the standard vest cover that or just the upper? With the tac vest covering it all.. going by the visuals of the model anyway

I'm not sure if this was the best test for armor piercing rounds. Does the damage that the armor takes differ from different types of rounds? Also you checked health by percentage not by hit points. I think that people have different hit points based on their constitution and the percentage represents whatever that number might be. I've had a long day with my bong tho so i could be very wrong and confused about all this. lmk lol.
Damage versus armor is roughly the same with maybe 5% difference and then I always test with 3 Con which is 100 HP so its not only percentage its HP points as well

Is the stab vest the same protection as the bullet proof vest? Which protection is the best out of the 3, you think the Ballistic Vest?
No Stab proof is the weakest but still helps a lot. Tactical vest is by far the best with Protection and how much of your upper body it protects and its not bad for gaining Strength either because of the weight.
@@Luthais Well i have found Blue Tactical vest in police stations and i was curious are they the same strenth as the one's in military bunkers?

I am interested the power of these weapons at different weapons. It really SEEMs to me like different weapons and bullets do different damage at different distances. Like realy life. So..would the MK18 do more damage at 25 meters than 200 meters? Would the AWP do more damage at 75 meters than two hundred?
Yes to both questions and I feel my weapons guide shows that at 2 distances. Range is always going to reduce damage
