Throughout the decades of tank production there have been many nicknames given to the vehicles in service. These commonly take the form of animals such as the Tiger, Panther, and even the Hedgehog. In today's video though we won’t be discussing any of those machines, we’ll be discussing a tank which got its name from my favorite amphibian. Sit back and relax as I tell you the story of the Matilda “Frog”.

Just donated what I could. As it turns out the organization is currently helping not only save my state frog, but also local wetlands in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area close by. I may even try and find time to volunteer for the event they are hosting for the 13th Annual Save The Frogs Day coming up here soon.

    • @imagifyer

there's a reason, a man with a flamethrower is squishy and very much doesn't like being shot with bullets, and there is plenty of risk of that when you have to carry a flamethrower close enough to burn something while an MG is happily shooting at you from a bunker . A tank on the other hand doesn't really car about rifle bullets and the japanese had barely any AT weapons that could hurt a Matilda, also being a vehicle it can carry a bigger flamethrower with better range and more fuel
