    In my state I had to be sponsored by a broker before I could even test.

      True you must have a sponsoring broker. I plan on working with the sponsoring broker. I put a side money that I will need when I get licensed. Expect a few thousand dollars 💸 it is worth investing. ❤

    Would I be able to ask questions over the phone or do I need to schedule an interveiw for every brokerage?

    • @JessicaBlackRealEstate
      @JessicaBlackRealEstate  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It may depend on the brokerage. Most likely, you will need to schedule and interview with the brokerage.

      In the state of Ohio and at Hondros College of Real Estate they set up career night that way you can meet with more than one Brokerage in one day. Ask whatever questions you like.

    So after I pass should I google
    Brokers agency in my area ? Or should I look into companies like Keller Williams. Etc

    • @JessicaBlackRealEstate
      @JessicaBlackRealEstate  3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I would do both. Reach out to small and large brokerages, set up interviews with them, and ask them what they offer newer agents in terms of education, training/coaching, etc. The smaller brokerages are usually transactional brokerages meaning they charge a flat fee per closing and they don’t offer as many resources to their agents.
